Extremely helpful staff and a good selection of accessories for both my 8 year old dog and 8 weeks old puppy.
Clean and tidy shop. There is wide selection of quality items and all the shelves were well stocked. It doesn’t smell of pet food! The staff were really helpful and friendly. They took the time to talk and make sure we found everything we needed. I will definitely visit this store again!
We really enjoyed the puppy hour sessions at our Melksham Pets Corner. It really helped our little pup build her confidence around other young dogs and meet other new owners. The staff in store are always so happy to help and Josh, who ran most the puppy sessions we attended, was especially knowledgeable and easy to chat with. He gave us great advice on collars, leads, natural treats and food to transition our puppy onto.

Roxy the rescue puppy called in for the first time today with her new owner and we had a great time. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave Roxy treats to help her settle. They gave her time to overcome her nervousness so much so she was looking up and down the isles for friends. We bought a new collar, tag and of course some treats. We will be going back for a puppy party on Saturday which Roxy will definitely enjoy. Thank you.
My dog has a sensitive stomach and after trying him with lots of different brands I found one of the cheaper brands works really well for him. I visited the shop asking if they stock it and was met with a puzzled look and a snobby remark of perhaps I should try B&M. Has put me off of spending my money in this store!
Very Friendly environment, was greeted very kindly by Joshua who then was very helpful on finding the most nutritious food for my Guinea pig whilst going through all the affordable brands and the most beneficial brands as well. Would definitely visit Melksham Pets Corner again.
