    The Bristol Hotel

“This was our second stay at the fabulous Bristol Hotel. My wife had recently fractured her ankle, and this was her 1st trip out of the house in weeks. The reception staff were amazing. They changed our room to one a lot more usable for someone on crutches without us even asking us. The restaurant and bar staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make sure my wife was comfortable and could get around easily. Great choice of food and drinks, and the service was excellent. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. The rooms come with everything you need for a great stay. Would we stay here again.......... YES We would like to thank all the staff for making us feel welcome and looking after us.”

“Premier Inn Bristol King Street – Perfect Location and Outstanding Service Stayed at Premier Inn Bristol King Street and couldn’t have asked for more. It’s a great hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for a night out or a stag do, with bars, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance. The hotel itself is exactly what you expect from a well-run Premier Inn – clean, comfortable, and reliable, with all the essentials for a stress-free stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. A booking error meant a double room had been reserved instead of a twin, but the team went above and beyond to fix it – bending over backwards to sort out a twin room on the spot and save the booking. If you’re planning a night out in Bristol and want good value accommodation with first-class customer service, this is a top choice.”

“What an amazing place to go! My daughter who is 10 absolutely loved it! The staff were super friendly, really great at communication and made us feel so welcome. All the animals are kept in lovely clean tanks and well looked after. Even seen some fish I hadn't seen before! The garden bit in between some rooms was amazing, the trees and plants were gorgeous! Really recommend bringing children here as it was a lovely afternoon out!”

“Amazing experience staying here! Staff very friendly and helpful and also non-judgemental (as we turned up head to toe in Halloween gear aha) and no one batted an eyelid. Our room was clean and well laid out with comfy pillows and good room temperature settings. The hotel feels very fancy and well put together and for the price is amazing value for money.”

    Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa

    ★★★★☆ 4.1

“Divine hotel. Being greeted by the lovely Annabelle made us feel right at home. Perfect after a long coach journey. The beautifully decorated restaurant was spotless. Location is perfect + Bristol is very walkable. Room: Other reviews state rooms were small, I would advise going for the superior or deluxe options, as the price difference is modest and will be absolutely worth it. We stayed in the deluxe suite which it was generous for two people. Our room was facing the street and I didn't hear any noise. Spa: I had a nice chat with Nellie who was very accommodating at the spa reception. Steam, sauna, hydrotherapy pool and a spacious jacuzzi with 4 different settings - exactly what you need after a long day exploring the lively, eventful Bristol. I like how the spa doesn't get crowded because everyone books their slot. And finally... Lucy ensured a smooth checkout and kept our bags safe while we explored on our last day. Book directly - call the hotel. Kindness begets kindness.”

“We had a very pleasant stay here over a weekend in October 2024. There were 10 of us so had to book the Deluxe apartment and a three-bedroom house too. It was very easy to coordinate with the staff and checking in was a breeze. They showed us the parking spaces and briefed about the gate operations too. The rooms, sitting areas and the toilets were very clean and well-kept. Bread, milk, butter, jam and cereal were available too for breakfast. This place is located in a nice area surrounded by a lot of greenery and farm animals. Definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a calm stay at a reasonable price”

    Whitehouse Guestrooms

“This guesthouse is very well-situated, near the center of Bristol, 5 mn walk , located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable. But the front hall is not very cosy. Only tables and chairs. Maybe you could make this room more warm and welcoming by adding sofas, sofa chairs and some decorations. The staff is very friendly. It was our first stay at this guesthouse and if we were to return to Bristol, we would stay here again.”
