Good location in Bristol. Apparently has a beautiful party room but I was unable to enter as the ramp was broken and they had no alternative. Disappointed in the lack of understanding of the equality act claiming they cannot make adjustments to access due to it being a listed building. Complete lack of empathy or compassion for the disabled people that are now excluded from the planned event. I was left out side while the other organisers set up the event. Management unable to give a timeframe for a new ramp. Made me feel like it was my fault for needing wheelchair access. Wouldn’t use them again

Hotel is really central and in a beautiful if quirky old bank building. Room was excellent - on a girls trip for Christmas shopping we had a delux twin and it was great - huge bathroom with two basins, huge shower and a separate bath. Breakfast was included on our rate and it was very nice. We were able to order cooked as well as continental options and both enjoyed the menu choices. Small gripe - we arrived at 2pm and stated checkin was 3pm. I asked if the hotel was busy that night and was told no quite quiet, however, our room was not yet serviced and avialable. If a hotel only has a few rooms let for the coming evening I would have thought it would be a good idea to do them first so arriving guests could be accommodated a little earlier if needed. The receptionist did text me once the room was ready which was a nice touch as we had gone out to explore Bristol, and they stored our bags at the beginning and end of our stay. We chose the hotel primarily because it had a pool and looked nice online. You have to book a one hour slot as the pool / jacuzzi area is v small. Spa is underground down some v steep steps so not good if you are less mobile (Don't think there was a lift) and the pool is in an old bank vault. Maximum two people in it at a time and you have to climb up steps then down a ladder to enter, again not good for any disabled or less mobile visitors. We were fine but if I had brought my elderly parents they would have been unable to use the spa facilities. We had a room overlooking Corn Street and on a Monday they started emptying bins at 5am so we were up earlier than planned! Not sure if this is only once a week, Tuesday morning was quieter. Overall a good experience for us and we would stay at the hotel again

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a Thursday. My first-floor room overlooked the street and offered a pleasant view. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Health Suite Experience Unfortunately, the health suite was a significant disappointment and did not justify its cost. The hydro pool was out of order with no prior warning—this was particularly frustrating as it's a key facility. Additionally, I had to visit reception to request that they turn on the heat in both the steam room and sauna. For a facility with a dedicated receptionist, the service felt unprofessional and poorly managed. The focus seemed to be primarily on billing rather than ensuring guests received the advertised amenities. Breakfast The continental breakfast was priced extra at £12 per person but offered nothing exceptional. Radisson, located nearby, provides a superior breakfast experience at comparable pricing. Overall, I'm unlikely to return to this hotel. The pricing structure is inconsistent and frustrating—my suite cost £255 on Thursday night but would have been only £160 on Friday night for the same room as advertised on their official website. Combined with the disappointing health suite experience, I cannot recommend this hotel experience for the price Ive paid.

Divine hotel. Being greeted by the lovely Annabelle made us feel right at home. Perfect after a long coach journey. The beautifully decorated restaurant was spotless. Location is perfect + Bristol is very walkable. Room: Other reviews state rooms were small, I would advise going for the superior or deluxe options, as the price difference is modest and will be absolutely worth it. We stayed in the deluxe suite which it was generous for two people. Our room was facing the street and I didn't hear any noise. Spa: I had a nice chat with Nellie who was very accommodating at the spa reception. Steam, sauna, hydrotherapy pool and a spacious jacuzzi with 4 different settings - exactly what you need after a long day exploring the lively, eventful Bristol. I like how the spa doesn't get crowded because everyone books their slot. And finally... Lucy ensured a smooth checkout and kept our bags safe while we explored on our last day. Book directly - call the hotel. Kindness begets kindness.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Bristol. We had a large twin room, luxurious bed linen and very comfortable beds. We had complimentary gin, coffee pods, dressing gowns and lovely toiletries. The staff were all delightful. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful in the beautiful restaurant. We had an hour in the spa, which was in the vault of the old bank, very unique and luxurious. Throughly recommend

The hotel and spa staff were fantastic and accommodating throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and well-stocked with refreshments. The hotel is well-located for the city centre, and just a stones-throw away from local bars - in addition to the good selection of cocktails available in the on-site bar.

Went here to celebrate a birthday - I had arranged for wine and balloons in the room which were a bit pricey. Check in was due to be at 3pm, so we arrived earlier in the day and left our bags at the hotel. We arrived back at 10 past 3 to be told the room wasn’t ready yet (with no reason) and to come back in half an hour. We were quite disappointed about this as it was a cold and wet day and we wanted to get into the warm. Generally the room was good - although there was a strange make on the wall that looked like it may be food. Overall a bit disappointed for the price paid.

Room was lovely large comfy bed. The bathroom was nice however the grout in the shower and the bottom of the shower door were really grimy. The lady receptionist who checked us in was lovely and polite. After that it went downhill other staff were very rude, chatting amongst themselves whilst we were kept waiting, breakfast service very poor, waitress had no idea what she was serving. Staff helping themselves to coffee and chatting amongst themselves whilst ourselves and other guests kept waiting. Staff need better training. The breakfast area is a thoroughfare for deliveries, door propped open to the outside so very cold. Loud wedding and nowhere for guests to drink. We were refused drinks on returning after a meal as a wedding event had taken over the hotel. Very abrupt staff. After 20 minutes we were finally shown a cold private bar area we could have a drink. The noise from events and the bottles been dunped into a bottle bank at all early hours of the morning, also delivery trucks parked outside at around 5am each morning. We stayed 3 nights. On checking out other staff rudely interrupted our receptionist as she was talking to us which made check out very abrupt. We were also unable to let her know the issues we had throughout our stay. The room and location were nice but everything else sadly a letdown.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding here in October 2022 and were so well looked after by Vicky and her team. Vicky was incredibly accommodating and so patient with us as we planned it all. On the day the food was delicious, the Sansovino room looked absolutely beautiful and many of our guests commented on how the party had the best atmosphere they'd experienced at a wedding! We really can't thank Bristol Harbour Hotel enough for making the wedding planning experience and day itself an easy and memorable experience. We were also really impressed by the hotel room for our overnight stay, breakfast in the morning and complimentary spa visit the day after. We're looking forward to celebrating our anniversary meal already! Thank you Vicky & team at Bristol Harbour Hotel.

5 stars isn’t enough for this place, I came by myself and stayed in room 152.. I was blown away. The amazing bathtub, huge Victorian windows, outrageously large bed… I couldn’t starfish enough to cover it. The spa was amazing, 1 hours access included in the price. Never felt more relaxed in the pool and jacuzzi, not over crowded either. Lovely, lovely staff! So friendly even as they pass you on the stairs. Absolutely amazing and would stay again in a heartbeat.
