   Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in. One night near Christmas, but from reception to breakfast we could not fault it. Excellent service from booking in, sorted out the taxi even though it was delayed. Room was very nice, clean and tidy and warm. Lots of space, bathroom lovely, towel robes and slippers provided. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom,(vegan friendly). Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices and some good options for vegetarian and vegan diets. Food was good, well cooked and hot. All the staff we encountered were very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. If you want a great place to stay on a visit to Bristol then I can't think of any where better.

   ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 5 Stars The Bristol is an outstanding hotel — perfect location, excellent breakfast, beautiful rooms, and truly exceptional service from every member of staff. It’s easily the only hotel I choose to stay in when visiting Bristol. A special thank you to Yi-Shan Lee, who went above and beyond to help amalgamate my accounts to my status of the GHA rewards program. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and made the whole process seamless. Her customer care is a real credit to the hotel. Highly recommend!

   As an independent travel agent, I stayed in a deluxe queen room at the Bristol Hotel for a work Christmas party and couldn’t fault it. The room was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. The added chair with footstool was a lovely touch for relaxing, and the bathroom was spotless. The shower was powerful and refreshing too. Parking was easy and next door to the hotel, which made arrival stress-free. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The Christmas party itself was fantastic – the food was absolutely amazing and the entertainment was ideal for the occasion. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive with a great variety including muesli, yogurt, fresh fruit, pastries, and a full fry-up. A brilliant stay from start to finish, and one I would happily recommend to clients as well as return to myself.

   This was our second stay at the fabulous Bristol Hotel. My wife had recently fractured her ankle, and this was her 1st trip out of the house in weeks. The reception staff were amazing. They changed our room to one a lot more usable for someone on crutches without us even asking us. The restaurant and bar staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us to make sure my wife was comfortable and could get around easily. Great choice of food and drinks, and the service was excellent. The rooms are luxurious, clean, and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. The rooms come with everything you need for a great stay. Would we stay here again.......... YES We would like to thank all the staff for making us feel welcome and looking after us.

   Super hotel, great location for exploring the southern part of the city. Don't let the drab exterior put you off - there has been considerable investment in the interior which is lovely / Marriott esque. Very comfortable bed and great breakfast. We'll definitely be back

   Used the Bristol for our annual get together with friends and it was an inspired choice. Positioned ideally for all the amenities we needed. Whilst we didn’t eat dinner in the hotel we did enjoy a super mid afternoon snack, served by the barman Oscar who is well worth a special mention, although all of the staff should be applauded, nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was spot on with a good selection, regularly refreshed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you everyone at the Bristol for looking after us.

   Spacious clean room. Excellent check in and out. Right in the heart of the city action and decent car park right next door. The hot breakfast could have been a bit better quality but the fruit youghurt pastries etc were spot on and the service was outstanding. Coffee was average but the views from the window seats were nice. 4.5 rounded up to 5.

   I spent four nights here and my room was lovely, the service was spot on and the harbourside view, especially from the restaurant, The River Grille, was very nice. I enjoyed an afternoon tea there on one of the days. A pianist played during breakfast. Overall, I had a great time.

   Booked last minute told the lady at the front desk it was my birthday and she upgraded our room along with free parking and two complimentary drinks at the hotel bar! Nice hotel ok decorated close to the city centre! Decent hotel for the price clean and comfy bed!

   Went here for a wedding. Well appointed hotel. Within walking distance of the Centre and amenities. Clean, excellent decor, staff excellent and hard workers. Very difficult to get to by car if you don't know the crazy road system in Bristol! NCP car park next door. Discounted if you are a guest.
