“Went in for some advice and dressings after slicing my finger, came out with everything I needed to help it heal quickly including antiseptic wipes, medical grade honey which id not used before, steristrips to close the wound and advice on how to use all the above. “Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Stocking a great range of top quality natural dog food, chews and treats, and also offers free local delivery. Great for frozen raw food. Also lots of toys and equipment like harnesses, collars and leads. Grooming also available on the premises, with individual attention and no crate while you wait. Fantastic!”

“My cat always has a great time at Ringtail. When we drop him off and collect him he is always happy and relaxed. The cats are well looked after here with each one being important to them, which is clear to see. The accommodation is great, with space for cats to have some alone time if needed. They can also see the other cats if they want too! The video and photo updates are also a great addition, especially when you’re away from your cats! I wouldn’t send my cat to any other cattery! This time the staff were incredibly helpful after our cat was travel sick on the way there. They cleaned him, his cage and settled him well! Thank you! Highly recommend this cattery! Thank you for all that you do :)”

“I brought my cat Ziggy for his first appointment. We was seen by Maria. The service's Maria gave ziggy was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly to me. I couldn't believe that viking vets has a separate area for cats to wait in. What a brilliant idea. Then the vet rooms. WOW they are so beautiful. Ziggy was aloud to go exploring in the room. I can honestly say I've been to other vets with ziggy and my other two cats and none of them come close to viking vets. I just want to give another massive thank you to Maria. Ziggy is a completely different cat now and I am so very grateful for that. I will certainly be recommending viking vets. Thank you to everyone for making myself and ziggy feel so welcomed.”

Their impressive selection includes both American and Japanese soft drinks (coca cola & fanta), a wide variety of larger, ale, cider, spirits, and unique liqueurs such as “Tia Maria Cold Brew” and “Kahlua”. The staff go above and beyond in customer service, always ready to suggest solid alternatives when items are unavailable too. If you're looking for a great range of beverages (alcoholic & non alcoholic) at reasonable cost, including a decent selection of emergency essentials then this off-licence is a must-visit! I’ve lived in the area for 10 years, these folk are consistent. Much appreciation & respect.”

“I took my friend here for afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday and the whole experience was an absolute delight! The building and dining room are beautiful and all the staff were so thoughtful and attentive. The afternoon tea itself was really lovely and the food was delicious. My friend was really impressed with her vegan afternoon tea as well. A really nice touch was the unexpected complimentary glasses of prosecco as a birthday treat! 10/10 would definitely recommend!”
