   Broken shutter, moulded window, odd smell from the air purifier. White light can not be turned off separately, bore with stunning lights in the night. Staff were friendly but have no boundary in respect personal space, walking into the room without inviting once, another time insisted to walk in after politely refused to have the service by the door will be fine, twice. Sheets have stains but clean.

   Just spent a very relaxing few days at the Roseate Villa in Bath. It’s a beautiful building that’s very well maintained and the location is excellent, on a quiet street opposite a lovely park but only a short stroll to the town for the shops and attractions - including the Christmas market.The rooms are warm, welcoming and comfortable, breakfast is excellent with lots of choice that goes well beyond the usual full English and the staff are all charming and friendly, going out of their way to make you feel welcome. We definitely hope to return here and will be recommending it to friends.

   We had an overnight stay at Roseate Villa for my husband’s birthday. Location is topnotch, just a few minutes walk from the centre so lovely and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing, staff was helpful and it was great to have parking onsite. Will definitely stay again!

   We celebrated our engagement lunch at The Roseate Villa, and it was absolutely perfect. Christiana and the team went above and beyond to make our day feel truly special. Their warmth and attention to detail made all the difference. The food was lovely, and the setting was ideal for creating lots of wonderful memories. We’re already looking forward to returning—thank you again for such a memorable experience!

   I took my friend here for afternoon tea to celebrate her birthday and the whole experience was an absolute delight! The building and dining room are beautiful and all the staff were so thoughtful and attentive. The afternoon tea itself was really lovely and the food was delicious. My friend was really impressed with her vegan afternoon tea as well. A really nice touch was the unexpected complimentary glasses of prosecco as a birthday treat! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

   The Roseate Villa in Bath is truly a beautiful boutique hotel with a friendly staff and delicious Afternoon Tea menu. My husband and I stayed in one of the Superior Garden View rooms. The room was well stocked with essentials such as a hairdryer, robes and slippers, a kettle to make tea, and a variety of tea packet selections. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. As for breakfast, my husband chose the full English breakfast while I picked the full Vegan English Breakfast. We both enjoyed our meals especially with the view of Henriette Park through the windows of the Henrietta Bar. We were also given a sample of a smoothie from the chef that was delicious and a nice touch. As for the cocktails offered at the Henrietta Bar, I had a raspberry mojito that had fresh mint and muddled raspberries in it. It was a delicious cocktail! Afternoon Tea was also incredible as the scones, sandwiches, and small desserts were perfectly balanced and tasted delightful. Overall, we both enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting the property again.

   A perfect location if you are visiting to watch the rugby but also very convenient for the Roman Baths, Abbey and all of the pubs and restaurants in the centre of the city. We had a luxury room which was on the ground floor, very spacious and very bright and airy. Note that there is no safe in the room and the temperature control is simply on/off via the radiators. There's a thermostat on the wall but it isn't connected to anything and doesn't work. Parking is available at a cost of £20 per day and the parking spaces are tiny but we had no problems parking. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and very tasty food. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. I would use this hotel again if visiting Bath.

   My wife and I stayed at the Villa in Bath for a weekend getaway and we had the most fantastic time! The staff were all super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We found the room to be incredibly comfortable, the perfect place to relax and had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the breakfast! Such a great selection of choices and we found ourselves not really needing lunch as it filled us up so much. I would highly recommend treating yourself to an afternoon tea! They are extremely delicious and a great way to spend a few hours in their lovely dining area. The cocktails were also a brilliant experience! They have parking on site if you are driving, it’s a short 10 minute walk to Bath town centre and the shops/restaurants/bars etc. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going back again soon.

   What a wonderful place to stay! Location is great, short walk to town and the villa building is lovely. The room was nice, breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly! Had fresh flowers and cookies in our room everyday, felt spoiled! The rooms do not have A/C but they do provide fans. Would absolutely stay here again!

   Extremely refreshing break. Very calming environment. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming showing a high level of customer care / training. Whilst our room was warm (the villa can't control the weather!) we enjoyed relaxing in it after exploring Bath and an afternoon at Bath races. Breakfast was made to order, promptly served and of high quality. Cocktails we had prior to going out to dinner in bath was spot on. Very convenient quiet location and just a 5 to 10 min walk into Bath town centre. Huge thanks to staff for a fantastic stay. We'll definitely be back at some point.
