   great experience! Very fairly priced and Rebekah and her family are all lovely! Always kept us updated via facebook/emails and responded very quickly to all of our questions. Our cat was there over Christmas 2021 and spend most of his time under the little heatlamp, getting cuddles and treats. Will definitely be back!! Thank you again so so much! Poppy loved it :)

   Really nice cattery. Having been using Ringtail for few years now. They are so friendly and really care about the cats they look after. Plus the added Facebook videos they provide so you can see your cat while your on holiday, such a brilliant touch. Highly recommend.

   Highly recommend! We were anxious about leaving our cat for the first time as we’d only had him a month but we needn’t have worried, he made himself right at home at Ringtail. The staff are clearly devoted cat lovers and everywhere is spotlessly clean and tidy. The pens are spacious, cosy and comfortable. It’s the nearest thing to being at home for your beloved cat. Thanks Rebekah and the team.

   My cat always has a great time at Ringtail. When we drop him off and collect him he is always happy and relaxed. The cats are well looked after here with each one being important to them, which is clear to see. The accommodation is great, with space for cats to have some alone time if needed. They can also see the other cats if they want too! The video and photo updates are also a great addition, especially when you’re away from your cats! I wouldn’t send my cat to any other cattery! This time the staff were incredibly helpful after our cat was travel sick on the way there. They cleaned him, his cage and settled him well! Thank you! Highly recommend this cattery! Thank you for all that you do :)

   Really lovely modern cattery in a great setting. I am so pleased we found this wonderful place to look after our cat for us whilst we have been away. It was so hard as we needed to leave her for a number of weeks but she has been so well cared for with the lovely owners even keeping us updated with videos and pictures of her. It's not easy when you have to leave your pets but this place made it as best as possible for her and they clearly really care about all the cats in their care. I can't recommend you enough and we will be back again now we have found you. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Molly for us.
