Kelly was incredibly helpful and reassuring — she arranged for special delivery and promised to post the item as soon as the shop closed. True to her word, I received an email confirmation with tracking details right away. What really impressed me were the links to their Facebook and TikTok pages, which included videos showing how to use the product effectively. The whole experience was seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend! Thank you Kelly : )

   Kelly has been amazing with helping with the diet of our 3 dogs. All 3 of them have amazing coats, eyes, teeth, and most importantly poos! All down to Kelly’s honest advice. Kelly recently helped with getting a fleece for my lab who has some arthritis that was easy to take on and off and will help with the colder months. Her price point is spot on and there’s something there for all budgets. Highly recommended

   Brilliant place! Really friendly and informative. I wanted to change our dogs' diet, but was overwhelmed with the choices that are out there and really needed some advice. Everything was explained to me, my questions were answered and explained, and I was given options without the dread of feeling pressured. Huge selection of food, treats, toys, etc. Definitely our now 'go to' place for our doggo needs.
