Such an amazing pet shop. Really helpful and friendly staff. Massive choice of really good quality cat food/dog food/wild bird food and more. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit.

Beccy was really helpful advising what foods might best suit my pick mini dachshund. She explain the benefits of each type of food to my dog and helped me to pick a range of quality but budget friendly foods
We’ve been visiting the Gloucester branch many times in our preparations for bringing our new puppy into our home. Nearly every time Beccy has been on shift and has been an absolute star. She’s patient (with our endless questions about training, hints and tips, and info on the products stocked instore). Staff are friendly and full of ideas to help us with our new puppy. The puppy hour was great for socialising and after the last one we received useful information one particular staff member had sourced and printed for us, plus some treats.We will continue to visit as our puppy grows
I love this place! Not only does it stock Tribal (which I order online but run out from time to time) along with a good range of pet foods - the natural dog treats are fantastic! Such a good range and choice with suitability for pups to dogs. Advice requested on first visit - really helpful and friendly. Second time question asked and again, good advice given and ideas. Only wished I’d visited sooner as pup would’ve loved the Saturday puppy play club! Fantastic pet shop with amazing choice of products!
