Staff are super friendly and really helpful. The shop is full of amazing treats, toys, leads everything you could want for your pooches. I can't recommend this place enough. My only advice is pop in and say hi.
Staff are amazing friendly and really knowledgeable been taking my dog there since she was a pup and they're always happy to see her and give us good advice. Also the head and camel skin chews actually last my dog a good amount of time to chew and she can eat a chickens foot in two chomps so they have something for every dog in store. My friend came here with his dog but there was a bunch of bigger dogs inside and his dog gets over excited and a tad reactive one of the members of staff waited outside with the dog and gave him a treat whilst another member of staff rang him up and got him all his goodies top top top service.
Fantastic shop more like a community, very knowledgeable owners who have helped me no end. Good quality products with a huge variety. Dogs very welcome and loved in store. Always given time and valuable advice.
Went in to buy usual dog food and mentioned my dog is very unhappy needed to wear a surgical cone. Was shown the inflatable ones they sell. I was sceptical as have used one before from Amazon which popped! Staff said if not suitable I could return - the quality of this one is incomparable and only cost £5 more. The difference in my dogs mood now he has his full field Vision and is clearly much more comfortable is incredible. Thank you again always great service.
Invaluable advice and knowledge. I have been buying from Bristol Raw Dog for over 2 years after a chance visit. There is no comparison to other shops that offer the same products, and I have visited others previously. Not just any pet shop. They have time to listen, discuss and recommend products for your dog. They do not want a quick sale but care about what is right for the dog and owner One of my German Shepherds has kidney disease, she is 3 years old and was not expected to live to 12 months. She is fed on different low fat raw food as recommended in this shop. If a new range comes in, they will check the fat content before suggesting it. I am certain the advice from Bristol Raw Dog is the reason she is thriving and living a full life All my 3 German Shepherds are fed from here, and you can tell how health they are from their body and coats. I get a lot of comments on their coat conditions Cannot recommend highly enough.
My dog suffers with severe separation anxiety. I mentioned it to the staff while I was collecting some food and they recommended some CBD treats that they stock. My dog is completely different since taking them. He’s much calmer and has finally got his appetite back! The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They stock a great variety of food, treats and toys. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now I’ve found these guys!
I’ve been coming to this shop since it opened, it was recommended by someone to whom I purchased my dog from. On coming to this shop and having many questions because my french bulldog was on dry food but not taking to well to it, the owners were absolutely amazing and so insightful with all the knowledge on how to transition Dakota onto the best raw food for her. After a few trials on which agreed with her and which didn’t I know simply message them and they will pack my order ready for me to collect so efficient and time saving !! Dakota has had a few issues ( her ears and coat ) and every time they have advised me on how to treat her without spending an absolute fortune at the vets which has always worked so well. There shop is always stocked and and a delight to go to I would and have recommended them to everyone I know and always will definitely the best dog shop in Bristol and surrounding areas thanks guys ☺️
Brilliant family business, the guys are always on hand with advice and love to make a big fuss of my dog. The food is really good and represents excellent value for money- cheaper than internet delivery alternatives with local service, what more do you want?
Great range of frozen and fresh dog food, knowledgeable and helpful staff who can order anything they haven't got. Also a good selection of chews and other bits, and have boxes to take it away in which is great for frozen food which is often too heavy for bags
