Fantastic service, gait analysis and a really good range of shoes! Purchasing my first pair of new shoes in several years after having kids I wanted to make sure I got the right shoes as my feet changed in pregnancy. The staff were great and I highly recommend coming here.
I had a really positive experience here, the member of staff who served me was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was immediately offered a gait analysis, and was able to test all the models I tried on the treadmill. They had a really good range of shoes, many of which I hadn’t seen/tried in other stores. They really give you the time of day, other customers in store at the time were getting equally attentive service which made me feel like I was in good hands. Wasn’t planning on making a purchase that day, but in the end I did. Cheers guys :)
I came in looking for my first pair of running shoes as pretty much a complete beginner, and Oscar was an absolute delight to deal with. He took the time to do a full gait analysis and explained everything clearly, which made me feel really confident about what I needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and offered a range of options at different price points, with no pressure—just genuine, helpful advice. Thanks to Oscar, I know exactly what shoes will be the perfect pair of shoes for me, unfortunately they didn’t have them in stock in the colour way I wanted but he signposted me online to get them! Forgot to bring my slippers for Bath Half. Luckily I found this shop for Oofos. The staffs are really friendly and kind. They reversed the shoes for me until I went to pick up. And they are soooo supportive for the local race I got 15%off. Thank you for everything! It saved me post run and now it becomes my office comfort shoes. X
Great shop with fab advice - had really detailed gait analysis here, ended up buying 2 pairs of running shoes and trail shoes because I was so happy with the shoes they found me - but was under no pressure to purchase. They really know their stuff here and my new shoes have been great!
