The quality of the clothing items available seems very low. There are better places to shop for budget clothes.
Overstocked, not much room to move but the usual good quality of Peacocks stock you can expect.
Saw a hat online that I love, they didn't have it in stock in Chepstow, but a lovely lady rang the Newport store for me and asked them to hold one for a few days. Nice staff in the Newport store too. Great customer service, and very happy with my purchase. Thanks!

Peacocks is a small friendly shop with lots of clothes and decorations for Christmas. The staff in Peacocks are very friendly and helpful. You can change your purchase if it doesn't look right on you within a 14 day period (I think) . I usually change the item if doesn't look right on me the next day for something else or for a refund. (The item is usually a sweater ) I think places where Peacocks are people who use them would miss the Peacocks shop.
One of the best and most helpful shops in chepstow they literally helped when i was getting chased down road made sure we was alright and safe and helped us get the police also good prices for good clothes
