    Brilliant shop! Exceptional staff members. Brought a few items from here over the years, staff have always been kind and helpful, but today they have gone above and beyond! I'm currently stuck at home potty training, and desperately needed a birthday present for the weekend, spoke to someone who helped me find exactly what I needed, and went that extra mile to deliver to me outside of their delivery zone before saturday!! Cannot fault the service one bit. Definitely will be shopping there again

    Very interesting and varied selection of toys stocked, and good for the environment. I bought a hedgehog puppet as my Xmas present to myself. He's made from 100% recyled plastic bottles, and he's a little bit glittery, and two-tone, brown and cream, to look like hedgehog spines. The lady serving was fun and relaxed and made it a lovely experience buying my puppet. I recommend a visit.

    Fantastic local independent toy shop. Always a friendly welcome and brilliant ideas for gifts for my nephews! Lots of unique choices and all a different price points to suit any budget. Great to see a proper old fashioned toy shop in chepstow!

    We absolutely love Toytastik! They always have wonderful games and toys stocked, including environmentally and sustainable toys, which we are passionate about. Liv & Liz are always so personal and friendly, willing to go the extra mile and offer advice any time! We were recognised from the second time we set foot in the shop and Liv's knowledge of the children of Chepstow and the surrounding area and the toys they love best is extremely impressive!! Always try to buy here instead of online as they are such a fantastic shop with wonderful values and great quality! Highly recommend!

    My wife and I popped in here today looking for Christmas presents for two of my nephews (ages 3 and 5). The range of toys, games and clothes was great. All items are good quality and we found lots of new toys which you don't see in the usual chain stores. The owner was welcoming and went out of her way to help us, demonstrating a quirky game for the 5 year old. The 3 year old (with very eco-friendly parents) has a toy made from recycled milk bottles - perfect! We will be back soon.
