What a great store! Have used it for many years to get things for family members dogs but we've just got ourselves a puppy! The staff have been fantastic, giving great advice and always so friendly and welcoming.
Very friendly and attentive staff, always happy to make conversation and get to know you & your pets. I visited the Frome store today and the vibe was completely different (and not in a good way), which made me even more grateful for my local store.
This store is packed full of goodies you didn’t even know your pet needed! I come here for guinea pig, cat and dog treats that just aren’t stocked in an average store. The staff are friendly and love a chat, sharing their own animal stories too, they’re super helpful and have guided me through different types of leads that may or may not work for my unruly puppy! Definitely 5 stars.

Today I was getting my Cats nibbles, as Pets Corner always have the animals needs! As I bought the cat biscuits, I returned to car and put the food in there including my medication! Locked the car ,of to Tesco getting a few bits! And whilst going back to my car it was broken into, stole my Cat food, and my medication, sad you have thieves like that… walked to Pets Corner, and asked if they have cctv out side as they stolen the cat food, so walked back to the isle, to get the special food for my cat! Walked back to the till, and the kind ladies behind the till, gave me the food for free! I always liked the shop, they have everything for a animal, and the great quality professional service they give to anyone, Many thanks
Very friendly staff. Shop is well stocked with lots of products for almost every type of pet. They have rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, tortoises and lizards in store to purchase and they seem week looked after with clean cages etcc..
