Our cats were very well looked after - we loved the update vids / photos seeing them enjoy a good stroking! Excellent communication - would recommend and will definitely use again!

Vickie is just amazing. Daisy my cat took to her almost instantly, despite being wary of strangers. Vickies lunch visits while I'm away in the office add so much peace of mind and i always get a text to let me know Daisys ok. Vickie manages to visit even on short notice. We have used Vickie to look after our cat when we are away since moving into the area a couple of years ago. Our cat suffers from stress related urinary issues and can get nervous around new people but she took to Vickie very quickly and we have always felt she is in safe hands. We receive regular updates and videos which show that she is very at ease with Vickie. I would thoroughly recommend Harris Paws!
Vickie looked after our cat, tortoise, 2 guinea pigs and fish whilst we went on holiday for a week. We have regular communication and the pets were so settled. Our cat loved her morning and evening cuddles and keeping her to get routine really reduced her stress. We would definitely use Harris paws again and really recommend their service.
As a vet I'm very fussy about who looks after my cats (who are both incredibly spoiled). I used Harris Paws over Christmas after a recommendation and couldn't have been happier. Vickie and Stuart of Paw Pals Shepton Mallet are brilliant with our cockapoo Coco! They have been with her ever since she was a tiny pup - they are like an extra family to her. We always wanted a dog but worried about the commitment on the days I work, but its so reassuring for us and Coco to know that she'll be walked and looked after when we can't be there. Nothing is too much trouble and they have helped with her training too. They have been so accommodating, calling in when plans have changed last minute and boarding and evenings too. Plus I love the text messages they send to let us know what they've been up to with her! Thank you both so much, we couldn't have a Coco in our lives without your help.
