   I feel like the customer service has gone down in quality during the last couple of months, tried to order a simple product to the store, was never told when it came in, then when I went in was told it was delivered to the other store?! Thing is it was being shipped from the other store to begin with?! Then asked if I could order it to home and was told that they now charge 5.99 for delivery under £50 I went ahead and was told my delivery day was Wednesday, it never arrived, rang and was told the driver had a bad day and it was coming the next day, it still never arrived and I wasn’t given any reason why I was missed off so I asked for a refund. Just really disappointing as I’ve had great previous experience. I appreciate my order wasn’t huge but now I feel that I might as well order off somewhere like Amazon as at least it’s more reliable.

   These guys are the best! After struggling to get a specific dietary cat food delivered online, this store managed to get it ordered AND delivered to their store in just 3 days. Staff members are always pleasant, with good knowledge of the products they stock. 10/10

   Yet to experience the new cafe, but great country store with very reasonable prices. Good range of what you'd expect from this type of store, plus some great sausages, bacon, eggs and local honey which is delicious! Great prices on stuff throughout the season such as potted plants and Christmas trees!
