Always so brilliant with our puppy and give excellent advice. Fantastic store… just wish it wasn’t so warm in there in summer time! Too warm for the pups and the staff.
I had a new dog from the rescue Centre and Kim helped me to fit him with a harness and a collar to stop in pulling. She was endlessly patient and very knowledgeable. Her approach my dogs was exemplary and I have two excellent new products. I returned here because she helped me with a harness for my first dog a couple of years ago who had to travel eight hours on a train for the first time with two changes and delays. Once again the products that she sold me were reliable comfy and exactly what I needed. There is no hard sale and no expectations but helpfulness kindness and patience. I cannot recommend Kim and Pets corner highly enough
These our new puppies Ronnie and Reggie we came to pets corner for food advice and puppy sessions . The puppy session with Freya and Nesta give our puppy great chance to meet other puppies and we can ask the staff for advice, tips and tricks.
Have been shopping here for our live food for a number of years now, but recently got a puppy and brought him to the socialisation classes. They are amazingly well run, by friendly and knowledgeable staff, plus have been great for our puppy to get used to dogs of all shapes and sizes! The discount for attending is good as well and you get a lovely treats bag and voucher when you finish!
Have been using Pets Corner, Warminster for many years, using their products to care for my fish, amphibians, reptiles and arachnids. Great products and lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommended shop.
I have a pooch who has had bowel and pancreas issues for most of his little life. We are having to change his food for low protein and low fat. He has an allergy to chicken. The ladies of Warminster pets corner have been great in knowing what ingredients are in the products suitable for him. It's good to know I can buy for him here as we are running out of options. Most recently I went to buy low protein treats, again the customer service was superb. The staff members answered all my questions and took the time to listen. Some products are a bit pricey for my budget but I'm prepared to pay extra to know Gary will have the best for his tummy. Thank you so much for all your help. Perfect.

The service at the Warminster shop is excellent . The staff are kind and extremely helpful.The range if food is very varied, as are all accessories. Everything is very well displayed and very clean. I recommend this store to all my doggie friends
The staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. They always make my dog feel welcome and during the heatwave I was able to leave her with them when I went shopping in the supermarket next door I can always find what I need and Tilly loves to come shopping with me.
Firstly, there's ample free parking (right next to the Warminster branch of 'Waitrose'). But more importantly it's the staff that make this place really effective. Firstly, they seem really to know their stuff (including 'medicinal type' products) - so have clearly been well trained re. the ins and outs of different products. The store appears very well kept and the staff busy - even when they're quiet customer-wise. Both members of staff I've dealt with recently have located a canine product for me (Vetzymes) that they hadn't got in stock; they organised someone to bring it from another branch - and it was there the next day - kept under my name. Very thoughtful and efficient. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5?: rather pricey! It's possible to buy elsewhere at a cheaper price point but then, not necessarily with the same level of of product quality and customer attention.
