Lovely and helpful staff :) Courtney helped us with finding the right fitting harness for our puppy! There was lots of different options and we weren’t sure and she advised us well.
I usually visit the Shepton Mallet store, but was in Frome so decided to shop in this one today. As soon as I walked in, one of the staff members walked from the till straight in front of me, but rudely kept her back turned and didn’t bother to say hello. I took two items to the till and the member of staff at the till didn’t even say hello. She just informed me of the price and that was it. Both interactions felt awkward and I felt like an intruder. This is so different to the Shepton Mallet store, who always greet customers on arrival and are very attentive towards your needs (asking if you need any help, making conversation, giving your pets attention etc - they even know our dogs’ names). I wouldn’t visit here again due to the unfriendliness.

Visited Petscorner today in search of food to help my cat’s teeth. Member of staff Courtney was so helpful and knowledgable and gave me her attention and time. Came away with a good product and feeling valued. Will definitely use this store again!!
Frome Pets Corner is absolutely fantastic. I think I've spoken to a large majority of the staff there now and they're all incredibly knowledgeable about all kinds of pets. I have a rabbit and a mini dachshund puppy and they're always on hand to give advice or recommend the best product or tips for any situation I've had. They're all so personable and friendly too. With rabbits, you mostly find that the Pets industry lumps them into the "Small Animals" category and very few people know that they really ought to be classed in their own right, more as Exotic pets; they don't have the same needs as a guinea pig, for example. Emma has been particularly helpful to me in the past, and they even managed to get hold of stock of a product that I needed, from another store in the region. Just above and beyond brilliant customer service, I'm so grateful. The range of products is excellent, and everything is of the highest quality and sourced from the best suppliers. Frome is so lucky to have this store and their staff - I'll keep going back again and again. I absolutely love it in there!!
Having just rescued a dog I am frequently in the Frome branch, the staff there are always approachable, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products sold at Pets Corner. My dog is always made very welcome too.
Amazing experience. I've attended two "Puppy Hours" on Saturday mornings. The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The chance for my puppy to socialize with other dogs is so valuable it's great that Pets Corner give this hours to specifically do that!

Fantastic and very highly recommend. Very kind staff with lots of knowledge about the foods they offer and could answer lots of questions myself or children asked. She went above and beyond to help us find what was best. Very impressed with the service. We will be definitely going here once a week to stock up.
Great store, easily located and ample safe parking for you and your pets. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Purchased Felipure Cat Litter. My skepticism kicked in given the price but delighted with my purchase. The product delivers exactly what is detailed on the packaging. Having owned cats for 20 years + I can say we now have one very happy cat and owner with great clumping and fully Odour Free litter at last. The litter tray is now easy to clear and clean with debris easily removed. What a find.
