   Have ordered through your company for a long long time. I have no issues with you but I definitely do with your choice of delivery service. The Royal Mail are absolutely useless these days. I never know where to find my order even when I have set preferences for delivery. They are a joke these days as I'm sure you have read in the news. I will search to find an alternative supplier that do not use Royal Mail the Joke of Gt Britain. I'm sorry, Royal mail has lost you another customer. My 3 Cats love Thrive but I guess I can wean them off of this treat. good luck for the future

   absolutely shocking company - paid £40.00 for insulated chicken coop - notified them within 3 weeks that the inside was swimming in condensation and as weather has got colder that has turned to ice. They kept saying they needeed to get in touch with manufacturer (I said I bought it from you not them and would like a refund). They then informed me it was due to lack of ventilation (who knew???) doors are open all day and shut at night and every morning the inside is covered in ice. I said I bought this from you and its not fit for purpose please refund me and the lady had the audacity to tell me it was fit for purpose !! so after I had chiselled the chickens out I phoned again to be told I would have a partial refund in my bank either that day or the next and guess what .............

   Placed an order for a dog car crate which arrived promptly, but unfortunately it was the wrong one. Contacted ideas4pets & spoke to a very helpful lady called Dee who went out of her way to rectify the problem ensuring the correct one was delivered to me the very next day. Dee kept me updated as to what was happening, providing tracking numbers etc & displayed excellent customer services which is a rarity these days. Would definitely recommend this company for all your pet requirements.

   I purchased 2 x prestige bolt on dog bowls costing almost £100.00 for my 2 German Shepherd puppies to have in their new kennels/run. After just 2 months the weld on one of the bowl holders broke allowing the bowl to drop to the floor. I emailed Ideas4pets on several occasions and tried to call them, nobody ever replies to your email or answers the phone. I would not recommend using this company as there appears to be no guarantee or after sales service!! The bowl holder is a great idea but purchase from a different supplier!!

   Ordered a wooden kennel with veranda. Paid more for the biggest size. Said it would take 6 to 9 weeks to be ready. Delivered in 3 weeks was very pleased until I saw the kennel. Ragged edges, different coloured wood and other things wrong with it. Got intouch with ideas4pets several times. They arranged for supplier to give me a call who told me I got what I paid for. Told him I wasn't happy with the product and it wasn't worth what I'd paid for it nearly 400 pound. He told me there was nothing he would do I told him I'd take it further and he said see you in court. I've sent ideas4pets another email but still waiting for a reply
