Store manager/staff shouted at this little old lady because she needed her prescription filling and they wouldn’t do it. Also staff were just generally rude and unlikable. I get it’s stressful to work in retail, but no need to berate an old lady for a job YOU should have done ages ago.

Prescription service is terribly slow was regularly waiting between one and two weeks for my prescription. Have moved to Tesco, so far prescriptions are ready next day.

The, what I believe is the manager, absolutely lost the plot today! After being told to return in 30 mins I did, to find that they had closed. I stood waiting for an hour to see what was going on as it was an emergency prescription. When she finally decided to reopen the doors she was exceptionally rude! When I asked her why she didn’t just let me have the prescription to go somewhere else she said “I’m not in the mood for this today”! I questioned her about her attitude and she proceeded to throw my prescription at me then tell me she wasn’t making it and to leave. One of the gents that worked there just said to me “speak to head office”. Because she saw this she then laid into him on the shop floor in front off everyone. She then construct fully dismissed him telling him that he could go if he wanted to support customers! A truly shocking experience and VERY disappointing Boots!

The female Manager (can't remember her name, but her badge said Manager) was so rude. Also the shelves are always half empty and it's a really scruffy store.

The shop in Brighouse is small and as such lack the full range of your stock. The shelves where lacking products and I felt as though the limited hard working staff where struggling to maintain their work environment. The chemist is a very busy dispensary which tends to be the focus. The staff are helpful and considerate.

Only small not much selection..it's a very small.. exspress like.. my dad on the other hand dose like the use of the scales there £1 tho bit price..guaranteed £1 loss tho..!!
