   Lovely friendly staff and always have what I need. Staff helped me find the perfect harness for my fur baby. Highly recommended. Parking can be a bit if an issue when busy due to sharing with B and M, but the other benefits is its great store with good location and has grooming/vets next door.

   My beautiful staffy Jasmine was featured 4 years ago as a puppy. I have been bringing her to vets 4 pets everywhere since. They are excellent! As you can see she has grown up now and is very healthy and happy.

   Second visit in a couple of days. PAH have introduced a new computer system for their VIP customers but at checkout the bar code is not recognised and you have to input your surname and post code which I don't understand as PAH already have this info on their system. No advice to customers that they may have problems with the new computer system.

   Told 1 price on phone, get in there told a different price. Won't honour the price told on phone. Make it up as they go along always need more treatment apparently. Like a dodgy mechanics.
