   I have had a flat tyre and had to pull in at the petrol station. Luckily, Max, one of the staff from the garage have seen us struggled and offer to help with the repairs and fit a spare used tyre for a reasonable price to get us through. Otherwise it will be a nightmare for a Friday afternoon. We couldn’t have thank him enough for his kind gesture.

1. Brutal Deluxe Detailing ★★☆☆☆

   I had two Hankook tyres fitted on the front of my Audi S4. I am very particular with my car and spend an awful lot of time cleaning, polishing, protecting etc and it’s fair to say it’s my pride and joy. Before having the tyres done I spent part of the morning fitting new number plates, cleaning the old sticking pads off, prepping the area with degreaser and doing some work around the front end. (The relevance will become clear). First the good points Booking was simple and easy. Luke called me to update me on the booking as the tyres might not have come in on time but rang again to say the would be here. The price and positive reviews promoted me to book here. On arrival they were running behind so I went round the corner to collect an order. Had a chat to Luke about the car and wheels (Judd T311R) and all seemed well. He said it would take about 45 mins. The negatives While the tyres were being fitted I sat in the waiting room. There’s no view of the car in there. I paid via a bank transfer as requested on the note on the wall and after about 30 mins the job was done. I had to wait a short while as a van was making a delivery of tyres and parked behind me. I got my keys back as the delivery man was walking between my car and another car. When I got home I noticed damage to the wheels and a scuff on the front offside bumper. I’m certain these were not there before I set off to have the tyres fitted. I can’t rule out the tyre man or someone in screwfix hasn’t caught the car but what I will say is that there’s no way it could have happened without hitting the wheel as well which it hasn’t done as the wheel sits outside the bumper. To me It looks like the wheel has brushed along the side of the bumper when it’s been off the car. Luke sent me an image of their CCTV but this area on my car isn’t covered on the image. Luke said this wasn’t caused by them and I can’t prove otherwise. Damage to wheels. The front nearside wheel had a pry mark on it. PSM have admitted that this is their fault and could get someone to look at it. I will have my own person look at this but it’s in an area that’s awkward and to be done properly needs the tyre taking back off. I’m not confidant to take it back and risk further damage. The offside front wheel also had a chip which Luke said they noticed on fitting the tyre. Bearing in mind these wheels have only had one set of tyres fitted from new I find this hard to believe. It’s not a stone chip and a clear handling mark. I spent over an hour on the wheels only a few days prior and just do not believe this hasn’t happened as a result of the tyres being fitted. Fortunately being a detailer I’m able to rectify some of those issues myself but the point is I shouldn’t have to. I understand accidents happen but I do not feel like adequate care and attention has been taken. Luke has offered a discount on future business but I’m afraid I won’t be coming back as i don’t want to risk further damage. The wheels are quite an intricate design and if they were not confidant doing them I would have preferred them to say so.

   Got all tyres from here. Good prices and a large selection to go from. Even part worns if you're on a budget. Decent lads. Only gripe I've got is that I got the rears done 1st and went for the fronts doing later,which have now got marks and paint chips from the machine putting them on. Right mess but I think when my alloys were refurbished before from another company ,they didn't do a good job.

   These guys are a credit to Brighouse and surrounding area. Used then few times now. Consistently efficient. Had a flat to the ground puncture middle of work. Within 30 mins I was sorted by PSM. Luke who works here is a class act. Highly recommend.

   Good lads rang asked if they could source a certain tyre uniroyal rainsport Which they got for the following day . Fitted promptly on arrival .No Issues . Unfortunately got a screw several weeks later and didn’t hesitate to go back and they repaired for me and at a reduced price . Would recommend these lads everyday
