   Awful experience at this garage. They clearly weren’t ready for my car and forgot as none of the parts were in. Their communication was shocking! Also so rude, they spoke to me like I was a simple little woman as most men in garages do, like I am thick and stupid. Blaming how busy they are on why they spent an age getting my car sorted that had been booked in for weeks. In the end they took a part of my car off then decided they needed to keep it in for ten days! I lost faith in them totally and told them to leave it. When they finally put my car back together it wasn’t right. It shuddered when driving. Took it to another garage next day who said they hadn’t fitted the belt back on right and in the process also caused an oil leek which I paid to have repaired. Shocking way they spoke to me and treated me. Saying I don’t get cars. Seems you don’t either, clearly! Simple issue and a waste of days without my car. Don’t go there is my advice. Two other garages I’ve used were nice and helpful and did a good job. If you can’t handle the work load don’t book people in!

   Took an Volkswagen R32 here which I was planning on purchasing for a quick once over and the guys in the office and the techs were brilliant genuinely very knowledgeable and so friendly. 10/10 would recommend these guys.

   Had my X3 mapped with Ecotune software...wow what a transformation. My car is definitely a wolf in sheeps clothing thanks to these guys. And I got to drool over some 80s bmx in the waiting room.

   I’ve been coming here for years and the service has always been impeccable. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable as well as being extremely professional and they are able to explain things in a way that anyone can understand. Just this morning, I had a service and brake fluid done on my car and the price was a fair bit lower than what I was expecting to pay and would have paid at another garage. Very highly recommend and I will continue coming here for years to come

   My T5 started burning oil. These guys did full diagnostics. Located the problem and a few others. She's now back running sweet for an 18 year old van. Won't take the old girl anywhere else now. Top service and a good bunch of guys. Thanks (hope I don't see you too soon).

   Used this garage a few times and had a positive experience each time. Professional reception/booking in staff who note down the issues you're facing with the car, manage your expectations as to time to arrive, what will happen if a part needs replacing etc. Issues with the car have been fixed first time with no problems.

   I took my car to Moorfield German Motors for an MOT and service. I just wanted to praise the service I received. I didn't have any transport home and without hesitation Rick gave me a lift and on the completion of my MOT and service they returned my car to me (thanks Danny). This kind of service is to be applauded. They did not hesitate to offer me a lift home and to bring my car back and everyone I dealt with was so friendly and courteous. Thank you. You are all a credit to the business. Very competitive pricing too. I certainly recommend using this garage.
