   Mainly deal with Rob, Tom and Kevin who are always welcoming, friendly and polite. It's great to have explanations around what's been done, what issues they found and what they recommend based on what their techs found. I've taken multiple cars there, some more obscure ones too, a 20+ year old V6 needing a 5+hr clutch replacement doing. I've not had the feeling that I've been misled, lied to or overcharged for work. I trust these guys which in this day and age with some other less trustworthy garages out there says a lot. Keep up the great work guys and thanks as always for accommodating my requests and doing the work to a high standard.

   Very easy to read these review pages and form an opinion. Cars are an absolute nightmare at the best of time and always an expensive experience. I am new to the area and used these guys for a minor service on a Q5. I do fairly high miles and need the car in good working order. I was given prompt updates the pricing was clear and communication good. I had fill coolant on my dash so advised I’d topped up pls can they check. Nothing but helpful and found an issue. Helped me go to the garage I bought the car from provide detail quotes and images. Resulting in a warranty claim. Then repaired the car quickly and kept in contact. I can’t fault these guys and personally think they did more than they had to and quicker than expected. Very good and greatly appreciated. Stu

   Fantastic garrage, been using them about 2 years now for MOT'S and breakdown repairs on my two ford's. Always professional and fast, never had any issues getting parts. And Always dead easy to call them for updates or ask questions. Definitely recommend, easiest garrage I've ever used.

   Booked my vehicle for service and mot, disaster from the start, prices are higher than main dealer prices and prices on website are very misleading. Website states bronze service is from £140, came back at £260 I would expect a bit extra but nearly double is ridiculous, failed MOT on a rear spring, the part is £40 from gsf, which I believe is one of their suppliers, charged me £90 for the part and £90 to fit it. Also had car for 3 days and didn’t get any updates, blamed it on a supplier issue. Basically got charged £480 for an oil change, mot and a rear spring, I would advise anyone stay away from this garage, charging massive mark up on parts and £90 per hour labour for a independent garage is day light robbery, I will never be going back, to top it off when I questioned the bill they were rude and unprofessional. And will hold you to ransom by not giving you you’re car back, wish I had read all the other 1 stars reviews before I took my car here

   How this place is still operational is a miracle . There mechanics i.e kids spent a hour trying to get the covers of my chrome wheel nuts ( they don't have covers there chrome wheel nuts ) see pictures for damage and excuse was there are rusty..... also fixed a caliper retaining clip with a zip tie see pictures again. The 5 hours they had been doing 1 set of brake pads on rear .... honestly cowboys need shutting down .

   Had water pump replaced on my sprinter van , this was done but they failed to reconnect the air intake hose on the air filter , it’s a good job I checked or this would have been lost driving or found it’s way into the drive belt , not good enough

   Had Moorfield work on my Audi RS5 - various works From Oils service / to specialist shock - also quirky issues - Matt & Dan tend to look after me - whilst Richard and the rest of the lads always polite and quick to help out - ( I totally trust this garage for they explain and will go down problem solving the easy way) been a while to say im more than happy - last time had a really awkward PCV valve / and needed the car - 2 hrs later ! ( with help from Dan sat morning pre. Ordering ) Matt sorted it - ! Price - service - knowledgeable- second to none .. many thanks Andrew @ Elddis Developments Ltd

   Charged £600 for a part to be taken out that didn't need fixing, only to be told 5 months later by AA that the part never left the car. This garage will rip you off and use your car for personal gain. My car had minor electric issues and came back with major suspension problems. Almost like my parts were taken from my car to be used on another. Worst garage by far... full on ripp off merchants and incompetent staff.
