“Our dog Bruce was really well cared for up until he was put to sleep out of kindness. The love and support we had was amazing. They even allowed us to bring in our other dog to say goodbye after he passed. We will never forget the kindness they showed us on the worst day of our lives. “I honestly have never had a pharmacy that has been so incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to be understanding and helpful in ways I've never had at previous chemists. To feel acknowledged on a personal level is something we have seemingly lost in the health care sector over the years, however the personal level of service is not lost here. Best decision I made was to reach out to this chemist over 12 months ago, and I've not had a single issue. Including support for my child who has autism and SPD, and they always make sure her medication is always sourced for her so she is able to take it.”
