   My daughter had to attend on Sunday night as result of 111 call. Met by disinterested pharmacist. Look down her throat…. with his mobile phone! All he wanted to do was sell a throat spray. He said he couldn’t prescribe antibiotics, phoned doctors who prescribed them straight away. Rude people. Avoid at all costs

   I have visited this pharmacy a few times since moving to the area and unfortunately the customer service has been consistently poor. Staff interactions have felt abrupt and unwelcoming, which makes the experience uncomfortable. As a result, I intend to change my nominated pharmacy, as I do not feel confident or comfortable continuing to use this one.

   You used to be able to talk to one of the staff, now they are permanently unavailable. Have been trying for two days to find out what has happened to my prescription, I still don't know or have my prescription. Terrible service.

   Absolutely rude and disgusting behaviour toward my elderly and unwell parents attempting to pick up a prescription today. The man behind the counter has no customer service skills at all, doesn't come to the desk to speak, just single words or doesn't respond at all, and walks off when being spoken to, to then laugh and joke with his colleagues whilst customers are waiting. They ended up with being given medicine that wasn't expected, so they had to go back again, and when queried politely, were told well it's what the doctor ordered and he walked off again So now they have medicine that wasn't needed, and the actual item they required was out of stock so they have to go back again tomorrow. I moved from this place a few years ago due to bad service, and it appears to have become even worse since then. Do not use.

   Sighing and ill manners while on the phone to a patient because you don't like the question being asked, OMgosh really? We in health care already get enough bad press without confounding that bad press with ill manners and allowing our personal frustrations to spill over to the degree patients hear staff members being rude over the phone. Rest assured upon my next visit to Grove Road Pharmacy I will be speaking too whomever needs to be made aware of this behaviour. I myself am tired and sometimes allow my frustration to spill over but we should all be aware be it in a Pharmacy or in a NHS Hospital that the people we are dealing with are sick and in some cases vulnerable, the last thing patients want when speaking to Pharmacy staff or NHS staff is sighing and ill manners when being asked a relivant questions regarding that patients prescription or treatment.

   I've never had any problems with this pharmacy. I walk in, they give me my prescription, I leave - no hassle, no fuss. They always seem to be efficient. When I wanted my flu jab, Kiran arranged it for me.

   An All round Excellent service.. especially the Manager Kiran..! (A Very pleasant young professional ).. was extremely impressed with the fact that she actually went the extra mile and took time out of her busy schedule, to sit me aside, where she reassured me and explained to me the correct dosage for the medicine’s that had been prescribed by my doctor.. will 100% recommend this pharmacy to everyone !
