Booked a flu vaccination for Mon 10th Nov. At appointment was told vaccine hasn't arrived yet but may arrive by 5 p.m. and to give them a ring. Called every 5 minutes between 5 - 6 p.m and was told line busy. Staff polite and helpful but not the first time this has happened. Reliability and organisation poor.

I'm giving two stars because two of the staff are polite and helpful (and another of them seems to have no people skills nor manners). Generally a pretty useless pharmacy. Every single time I order mom's meds, they never have half of them in, I have to wait around a week for some of the order and have to keep chasing them up. My local pharmacies have most meds delivered the day after they order them, even non standard ones, so I don't understand why Knights can't seem to get simple stock delivered. It took a fortnight for them to tell me they couldn't get a basic supplement any longer, after promising it'd be there in 3 days. Really frustrating, especially when you're dealing with vital medicines.

Great service and attention to detail from the staff on my recent visit. One of my prescriptions was missing and the staff wouldn't rest until it was tracked down from the surgery. Outstanding effort! The medication was needed that day so much appreciated!

Rarely a queue, staff are helpful super efficient and if you need your prescription urgent prior to receiving a text to say it's ready then they're always happy to oblige! I collect prescriptions for many different people and the service is exceptional!

Booked for a Covid and flu vaccine in Oct 2025. Complete chaos in the pharmacy. Running at least 45 minutes late by 11am. Still accepting walk-ins even though they can’t cope with existing bookings. Tempers very short. People trying to queue jump. An absolute shambles. Save yourself a lot of stress and wasted time and go somewhere else.

Waited for 1hr 15 mins to be told they had lost my husbands prescription. Long queues, people were being told "Come back in an hour." When people did eventually receive their prescriptions they were often only partially made up as no stock. There seemed to be no system in place, staff were constantly rummaging around. Many customers were clearly frustrated.

These staff are wonderful. Throughout Covid and lockdown they have done their very best. The pharmacy is busy; you may have to wait. Things might be out of stock; it’s not their fault. You are probably feeling poorly; they are trying to help you. Most of the medicines you get will be provided or subsidised by the NHS; the Tory government wants you to pay for more of it. Respect the pharmacy staff, don’t give them a hard time - write to your MP if you are dissatisfied and vote for whatever party will do the best for you.

Appreciate fully they are under staffed (as the notice states) for which I have compassion but aside from that they were rude, dismissive and arrogant. Perhaps they also need to address their customer service - it works both ways

Dorridge pharmacy failed to print off a prescription sent from Arden medical centre surgery on Thursday at 9.30 am they didn’t print it off until the following Monday. The prescription was for a burn bandage which was critical that I had because of my third degree burn which needed to be redressed on Tuesday. When my husband went to collect the dressing on the Monday they lied and said they only just received the prescription. I queried it with the surgery. Arden medical centre phoned the pharmacy telling them they aren’t telling the truth. They just didn’t print off the prescription. The bandage which was crucial was supposed to be available for me five days after I needed it. But someone didn’t order the correct dressing so I never received it. It’s interesting that the pharmacist told my husband that if I didn’t collect it it was an expensive item they would be left with. They are obviously put under pressure not to spend money putting the patients at risk. I had to have an inferior dressing from my GP putting me at risk of scaring. The pharmacist didn’t once apologise. It is a disgrace.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Prescriptions seldom if ever ready. Always a queue. They seem to have a strange filing system for their filed prescriptions as they always have to look in several places and shelves, before coming back to say it’s not ready. Also they are quite happy to talk to a customer for several minutes with absolutely no regard to the queue despite the fact that there may be several people behind the counter not serving.
