This pharmacy is awful. Awarding one star is being too generous. The customer service assistant's attitude is terrible. After spending nearly half an hour on the phone unsuccessfully trying to book an appointment with the equally awful doctors surgery next door, I had the misfortune to go to this pharmacy to ask for advice from the pharmacist. I was sceptical, but decided to go there and ask for some advice. I was right to be sceptical. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I was told rudely and unsympathetically that there would be a twenty minute wait to see the them. As he/she was bagging up the prescriptions. Clearly their priority is not to assist customers whatsoever and have an easy life hidden behind the counter. My question would have taken two minutes to answer. Where does a person go for medical advice? The GP's have no appointments available for weeks on end and it seems you can't even ask advice from a pharmacist. I will never go there again and my advice is to avoid. Unless you want to be treated very badly. I've since had an response from the owner stating that I shouldn't have been upset after being offered a twenty minute wait to see the pharmacist. That I should understand how stressed and overworked they are. That they were concentrating on the prescriptions so that errors aren't made. The fact that they could not break off from preparing the prescriptions was not explained at the time by the rude customer service assistant. Which led me to the conclusion that they were just not interested. And prioritising their own work instead of their face to face customers. This just proves yet again what a terrible place it is. What they fail to understand is, that I too am stressed and overworked. That I cannot get a doctor's appointment for weeks, that in desperation I went to them for advice. And their response is rudeness, argumentativeness and apathy.
Lovely staff so on the ball when comes to my presentations. Always tell me if there's a problem. Went in for my flu jab and the young lad that did was so patient with me as I’m scared of needles and was supportive through how process.
Excellent, efficient vaccination service for Covid and Flu. Has parking.

Had a great experience dealing with the team at the pharmacy. The pharmacist at the time was very helpful in getting me the guidance I needed for my new medication.
Shocking service, requested emergency medication as referred to by 111 and the pharmacist refused to provide medication despite numerous calls, I suggest removing pharmacy from the list of emergency providers. Do not rely on this pharmacy if you are in need!
I honestly have never had a pharmacy that has been so incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to be understanding and helpful in ways I've never had at previous chemists. To feel acknowledged on a personal level is something we have seemingly lost in the health care sector over the years, however the personal level of service is not lost here. Best decision I made was to reach out to this chemist over 12 months ago, and I've not had a single issue. Including support for my child who has autism and SPD, and they always make sure her medication is always sourced for her so she is able to take it.
