    Referred by 111 to collect an emergency prescription. Waited an hour for things to "be checked", spoke to 3 different people, only to be told they wouldn't issue it. This is despite the GP confirming with them on the phone that I needed the medication. Never had this issue with any other pharmacy and wouldn't expect it given the nature of the medication.

    Unfortunately after leaving a glowing review just a few days ago because my prescription was ready after receiving a text (a massive improvement since Knights have taken over) and the staff are much more welcoming too, I’m now revising my review due to my experience. Very worryingly I was given three boxes of the wrong medication despite the printed label stating the correct medication and each box having been initialled by two different people to indicate the dispense and check of the medication. No harm done this time but in different circumstances is very concerning. Make sure you double check the medication you’ve been given!

    Quiet Friday afternoon, popped in to pick up my Daughter's prescription, one person in front of me. Prescription was sent from Dr surgery 24 hours previously. Advised by Lady serving that they were just printing prescriptions so I would need to wait, got the distinct impression she wanted me to leave and come back another day. I said I would wait, 2 mins later same Lady advised there were 200 prescriptions ahead of me...was I sure I wanted to wait. Yes I told her. Another 5 minutes later another Lady came out and advised they didn't have the medication anyway and did I want to take the prescription to another pharmacy Staff nice but completely and utterly unorganised

    I recently visited this pharmacy and was impressed by the excellent service. The staff are obviously very busy and stressed, however throughout this the staff remained calm, professional, and patient, handling even rude customers with grace. I even witnessed one customer slam their hand down on the counter due to having to wait for their prescription. Despite the pressure, they ensured I was well taken care of. Highly recommend!
