Turned up at 12.30 to find it closed. Says opening times are 9am till 9pm so why is it closed? Absolutely ridiculous, especially when essential medication is needed

Worse pharmacy ever!! Loads of staff but have to close for an hour a day for lunches surely they can stagger them , huge queues but they close up and turn everyone away. Get orders wrong , rude staff and they wonder why people get annoyed. Don’t understand urgency Waited half an hour while all staff on lunch to be told I’d have to wait another half an hour as they are too busy Ridiculous! Poor service

This is a great litte pharmacy with excellent staff. The cue was long, but it only took 5 mins to get served. The pharmacist, Sushil, was especially knowledgeable and very helpful. 5 star all the way!

Always found the staff at this pharmacy very helpful with great customer service hence why I've given 4 stars. Only gripe I have is that the queuing often to get served is often long and very timely. I think they could do with much more room around the back for the amount of prescriptions they hold after dispensing and more staff on the front to help customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. They ignore prescriptions that have been sent through as urgent by the gp for vital medications. They will tell you for days on end to "come back tomorrow" despite the medication being visibly in stock and on the shelf behind the counter. If you ask why they say that they have other prescriptions to focus on. Very poorly managed. Poorest customer service I've ever encountered, considering that pharmacies deal with the most vulnerable of communities at times, ASDA pharmacy staff seriously lack compassion, empathy and understanding and are extremely inefficient at fulfilling prescriptions in an any way timely manner. If you rely on your medication to live please do not risk your health by using this pharmacy.

The worst pharmacy experience of my life, rude staff, unhelpful calls, they gave me part of my prescription and told me to come back for the rest, they then lost my prescription and essentially told me it was my own fault, I called a manager they still weren’t able to find it after wasting 2 hours of my Friday evening, I then got a call the next day to say they aren’t able to get the medication at all. I now need to spend hundreds of pounds as a result of the incompetence of the pharmacy. Worst pharmacy in Birmingham. Go anywhere else

Came in the morning for antibiotics I was first customer. The lady said I need to wait 2p minutes because she needs to do other orders which are not necessary for now I had to wait even if I am in hurry to get to work and take my baby the nursery. Why they can just do the walk on customer first as priority? Totally useless I won't come here again.

First time going to asda pharmacy and turned away because pharmacist did not want to give 20mg tablets in 10mg. Wanted me to back and get it re written by the medic which I think was very lazy on the pharmcists behalf. Did not get the name of the pharmacist but he was working 5/1/22 at approx 1.25pm
