“Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The birds/guinea pigs/bunnies generally seem happy (and cute) and well provided for. Good selection of products (better quality hay) and a generous loyalty card thingy. Been going for years and will continue to - I bought my bunny here in 2018 (not pictured!) Parking near the test centre can be a pain but not the fault of the pet center of course.”

My fiance had a bacon and sausage sandwich with such thick bacon, fresh soft bread! Staff and even other customers are friendly, quick service and very good pricing! Shame we don't live closer so we could go regularly. But will definitely be in again and recommending to others Thanks for a lovely lunch :)”

“I came in the other day where I was looked after by Kim, what can I say - she was amazing, very helpful, attentive and had a good sense of humour. My family enjoyed the lovely meal - I can’t wait to come again and try one of the other amazing desserts they have on offer. The Christmas themed music made me feel just at home and the atmosphere was amazing - very cosy and not too loud (just right). Kim came back for a check back and made sure everything was just right - of course it was!”
