Poor service don't know nothing as where drugs are. Claim Doctor not Sent but reality is can't operate pc to retrieve details and pass on my drugs so get delayed so stopped going there 1 Star
Don't bother if you need help. Counter staff helpful, but pharmacist wouldn't assist me with an infected bug bite. Ended up in minor injuries who advised me I should have gone to a pharmacist (but they did help me and told me I needed antibiotics). Waste of time.
I recently changed to this chemist for my regular meds as it’s closer to my home twice now I’ve been in there for collection I phoned ahead then went on an hour later I was kept an 55 mins waiting and had to remind them I was there and at least 20 had been served before me ( collecting there prescriptions) whilst I waited Second time well over an hour wait again even though I went in 30 mins before to request it and then went shopping hopefully to reduce my waiting time it didn’t Staff are friendly enough on the counter But the service from the back area is appalling. I’m switching back to Shirley even though that’s a 4 mile drive it’s still quicker phone ahead and it’s ready to collect 30 mins later As you can see from photo they were mega busy in this empty shop
Awful service here the staff are extremely slow although polite but please could this be looked into by the management. People wait on average 20-25 minutes for a prescription to be ready, elder and senior citizens have only one chair to sit on ... Overall very dated interior and sloppy shelves. The wait time is utterly ridiculous I will be taking my business elsewhere... Not good service at all
Absolutely disgusting service today from Andrew. He was rude from the off when he picked up the phone call. He didn't understand the question I had asked him. Incredible rude man that spoke to me like I was stupid when in fact he couldn't be bothered to listen to me. When I advised he was being rude with his tone of voice he raised his voice and said "EXCUSE ME" He then continued to say over and over again I don't understand you I will be ending the call. What's not to understand I am an English speaking woman. Asking a question that you didn't want to help with. Andrew could not grasp that I always order my sons prescription through the Repeats prescription email address and seemed to think there was no such thing. He then advised it wasn't his problem. I will be making a formal complaint. I have used this pharmacy for many years and the ladies are always so lovely and helpful. I call up ask if the prescription is ready or not and thats that. This took 2 people to try and figure out what I was talking about. The first man was very nice but did not advise me he was going to pass the phone to someone else. Andrew was obviously very irked that he had to take over the call. This person thought he was far too important to help and his general attitude was awful. Andrew put the phone down on me. 23.11.24

Too many staff behind the dispensary and only one lady on the desk. Incredibly slow service. I was on my lunch break to collect and the process took way too long.
Given the wrong prescription, when raised was challenged it was MY FAULT for not checking what was in the bag! Then asked to pay again for the right prescription, what if I'd been given something seriously strong by mistake? once they had the money they just didn't care.
Quite a run down store and pretty slow for an urgent pick up. They did however have stock of a certain medication whereas boots and Lloyds did not. Ladies are nice and I witnessed a staff member go well out of her way to assist an elderly lady in a time of need. A faith resorted in humanity moment.
