Whether your pet is a rat to a cat, they understand that these animals are your family and respect that. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new vets place”

“Julianna's, you have found lifelong customers! Last time we were on holiday, we used another popular local kennels but were unimpressed- the dogs came back smelling and looking dirty, the blankets and bed we had sent them with were covered in urine- we just did not leave with a good feeling. We have felt the exact opposite way with Julianna's. The photo updates on Facebook are an absolute joy and so reassuring. The genuine care the staff show towards all the animals boarding is heartwarming. They really seem to have brought out the best in our usually quiet, anxious smallest chihuahua! Thank you all so much- we will never use anywhere else ever again!”

“Our dog Bruce was really well cared for up until he was put to sleep out of kindness. The love and support we had was amazing. They even allowed us to bring in our other dog to say goodbye after he passed. We will never forget the kindness they showed us on the worst day of our lives. They took some paw prints from him and his fur that we will treasure forever. We cannot thank you guys enough.”

“Kitty Angels have looked after our two cats for their whole lives, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their communication is excellent, the cats clearly adore everyone who comes to look after them, and it’s so reassuring to have someone checking on not only the cats but keeping an eye on the house, drawing the curtains etc. Our cats aren’t the easiest to look after as they are normally allowed out during the day but are shut in the house while we’re away, which they don’t like and make determined efforts to escape, but Kitty Angels have been universally brilliant at thwarting their escape attempts and keeping them safely inside. One of our cats has medication twice a day and they are both raw fed and Kitty Angels have been perfect at managing their pills and food. They are the perfect company and I don’t know what we would do without them. Thank you!”

“Used the secure field for our new rescue dog to meet my sister’s dog for the first time - was perfect for it. Plenty of space for them both to run and roam and fencing/gates and grass etc. were all well kept. Communication also good. We will be back again with our dog for future play dates and recall training.”

“Ted loves going to Lydia's at Paws for Thought Solihull l know by how keen he is to get to her front door for his daycare to see her and Sylva a beautiful rescue dog who continues to gain confidence l can go on holiday and totally relax knowing how happy Ted is with great feedback and photographs of his park adventures cuddles and daytime naps It really is home from home Ted has been going to Lydia for five years”

“Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The birds/guinea pigs/bunnies generally seem happy (and cute) and well provided for. Good selection of products (better quality hay) and a generous loyalty card thingy. Been going for years and will continue to - I bought my bunny here in 2018 (not pictured!) Parking near the test centre can be a pain but not the fault of the pet center of course.”

“Katie has walked our dog since he was a puppy. He loves going out with her and we've always felt he is safe, well looked after and paired well with other dogs. Bonus is that he always comes home to sleep for hours. We've also used Katie for dog sitting and again have always been as happy as the dog!”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. “For all intensive purposes this is just the same as a premier inn. It's inexpensive. An hour to Birmingham on the bus which worked out well both ways and spoons which is 6 doors from hotel so it's good for cheap breakfast. Ide deffo stay here again.”

“Had an overnight here on Thursday on way back to our depot. Staff welcoming and friendly easy booking in. Room clean and very comfortable. Company booked room including a meal deal. Which you will see from the photos were lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection. Slept well and arrived at the restaurant for breakfast to an excellent choice and again pleasant welcoming staff. Well done all, would recommened and stay here again!”

“I first went to this hotel to use its leisure facilities, as I'm due to invest in a membership. I was greeted by Chris, who was so helpful, as were all of the other members. This place is a little oasis of lovely people, decent facilities, and a really welcoming feeling. The gym is well equipped, clean and well maintained, the pool is a perfect temperature, as are the steam and sauna. The staff, Chris, Gareth and Lisa, are a credit to this establishment. Then on the 5.10.2025, I decided to book a room for my Sons Birthday sleepover, on arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Kadrija, at reception, this wonderful lady, made the whole check in process, so straightforward. This was my first time using this hotel for an overnight stay. When I informed Kadrija, that it was my Sons Birthday, this lady went above and beyond to assist and ensure we had a fantastic stay. I booked my Son and his guests, a three course evening meal, the selection as well as the quality of food and ingredients, were impressive. The hotel suite was clean, spacious and it really did exceed our expectations, the bed, wow, I mean, it was like sleeping in the clouds. At breakfast, the server Ellesse, was soo attentive. I would highly recommend this beautiful establishment, the staff, really were what made our stay soo pleasurable.”

“Al is fantastic with our Cavapoo Beau. He is very flexible and always manages to for me in even at last minute. Beau loves going on pack walks with Al and I trust him completely to take care of my dog. Don’t hesitate to contact Al if some Dog walking/socialising is needed.”

“We’ve been taking our Bichon Frise/Shih Tzu cross to Julia for the last 2 years and I cannot recommend her enough! Bella always runs in wagging her tail and always has a lovely experience. Julia is very professional and knowledgeable and Bella always comes out looking so lovely. Julia is obviously very experienced in what she does and I can’t fault her at all.”

“Just had my carpets cleaned by Steaming Sam’s and I couldn’t be happier. The guys arrived right on time and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I had two bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs cleaned, and the difference was like night and day—so much cleaner and fresher! I highly recommend Steaming Sam’s for anyone looking for top-notch carpet cleaning.”

“my two girls go here and the service is always excellent. we have a miniature long haired dachshund (Ailee) and a shepsky (Luna) (which is quite the size and coat difference) and they do an amazing job on both. they take amazing care of them, knowing Ailee has separation anxiety when without me but she showns no bad signs and loves the girls there! their coat difference also shows the amazing experience they have and I would trust no one else to look after my girls and always meet my expectations. if I could give 10 stars I would.”
