“My partner and I have recently visited Platform Three a few nights back after it was recommended to us. We always looked for places that have a warm and welcoming environment. The food we had was exceptional and the waiting and bar staff did a wonderful job of looking after us before and after our meal even though they were very busy, they couldn’t of done more for us. I would very much recommend this place to anyone who would like a relaxing evening. 100% would visit again!”

“Was there for 2 nights for work, stayed in room 7 overlooking the park in front of the pub entrance, had dinner and breakfast twice . I had fish and chips and a veggie burger and were both good. Veggie option in the morning also good.. Cruella coat as backrest on some chairs take my thumb down Price wise? Ask my boss! Bell wise? All night long!”

“Delicious chicken burger, not sure about the kimchi, though. It wasn't to my taste. Service was accommodating and efficient. Key lime pie was also delicious. Large portions. Would definitely come back.”

“Fantastic little pub, staff are not only friendly and polite but good for a laugh, lovely warm welcome, food is very good even other pub users are happy and friendly. If you've ever watched the TV show "cheers" then this is the modern day equivalent, very good.”

“This is a great hotel in a really good and convenient location only a short drive from the airport and NEC. Lovely rooms (really comfy beds!) and wonderful staff. Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. The only negative to point out was the car park which was extremely busy due to an event and what seemed to be a very popular gym.”

“I celebrated my 60th birthday here on 9th July together with my large family. We had 'the best time' The staff were exemplary and nothing was too much for them to make this occasion a special and memorable one for us. We all said that we felt as if we were on holiday somewhere in Africa. Great atmosphere both inside and out. Super place to enjoy a few hours and of course with great food and drinks!! “We had an amazing time at Orleans Smokehouse! Our party of 12 was looked after by Michaela, who was absolutely brilliant so friendly, attentive, and made sure everyone was happy all night. Nothing was too much trouble for her! The food was spot-on, my steak was cooked perfectly, and everyone at the table loved their meals. Great flavours, generous portions, and such a good vibe all round. Massive thanks to Michaela and the team for making it such a fantastic evening. Can’t wait to come back!”

“Came here for my birthday, enjoyed a nice meal with my mom, dad and brother. I had the chicken pasta which was really yummy. As it was my birthday the staff sung me a happy birthday song which filled me with joy and happiness. Got given a handmade balloon hat which I put on my head for the duration of the time we was there. I also got given some cake with cream which was delicious! I was able to use my student discount but the signal here isn't really the best. Amelia was really nice, polite and friendly. Thank you :-)”

“We came here for an anniversary dinner and we had a lovely time, thank you! The food is superb and staff were brilliant. The veggie menu was great and my partner loved his pork main. If I could make one suggestion, the wine list seems to be mostly 'easy to drink' wines, it could do with some more advanced, adventurous options. Especially reds, I wish there was a proper smoky red to go with the beef and pork. It's a beautiful place, so jealous of the walled vegetable garden, ! Would come back for sure”

“This is the 2nd time Myself and My fiancee have eaten here. Both times We've taken the tapas option, as it's our favourite way of eating out. Being able to have and try many different foods. The food comes out when ready, so be prepared to wait, while the food is cooked. But when it comes out, it's tasty and it's hot. The staff are friendly and polite. We wil definitely come and eat again here in the future....”

“Really lovely lunch one day and brunch on another over the weekend. Food is well cooked, presented and tasty. Varied and interesting food and drinks menus. Average ‘gastropub’ prices. Staff really friendly. Great outdoor space and a large pergola with fire and ping pong table (noticed they also have tv presumably for sports and hire the pergola out for parties). Weird thing to say on a review but appreciated nice and clean toilets with free sanitary products in the ladies in case you’re caught short. Small thoughtful gestures like this are always a winner imo.”
