“Had a fantastic experience here. Excellent customer service and after staying in a few hotels it's the only place i would stay in Solihull going forward. The rooms were well insulated and very quiet. All the staff very friendly and genuinely went out their way to help. Breakfast was again nice and fresh and the staff were on hand to help or you ask for a hot drink or clear your table. I've stayed in a few hotels and this has been one of my favourites. Well done the team at Crowne Plaza.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. “Cannot fault this hotel. Absolutely fantastic service from staff. They looked after my elderly mum over Christmas whilst she was up visiting us. Made sure she was warm, safe, and had everything she needed. Rooms and hotel are really really excellent. Clean, tidy, and very well appointed. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. “This is a great hotel in a really good and convenient location only a short drive from the airport and NEC. Lovely rooms (really comfy beds!) and wonderful staff. Lucy the receptionist was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful and tended to our every need. The only negative to point out was the car park which was extremely busy due to an event and what seemed to be a very popular gym.”

“For all intensive purposes this is just the same as a premier inn. It's inexpensive. An hour to Birmingham on the bus which worked out well both ways and spoons which is 6 doors from hotel so it's good for cheap breakfast. Ide deffo stay here again.”

“Had an overnight here on Thursday on way back to our depot. Staff welcoming and friendly easy booking in. Room clean and very comfortable. Company booked room including a meal deal. Which you will see from the photos were lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection. Slept well and arrived at the restaurant for breakfast to an excellent choice and again pleasant welcoming staff. Well done all, would recommened and stay here again!”

“I first went to this hotel to use its leisure facilities, as I'm due to invest in a membership. I was greeted by Chris, who was so helpful, as were all of the other members. This place is a little oasis of lovely people, decent facilities, and a really welcoming feeling. The gym is well equipped, clean and well maintained, the pool is a perfect temperature, as are the steam and sauna. The staff, Chris, Gareth and Lisa, are a credit to this establishment. Then on the 5.10.2025, I decided to book a room for my Sons Birthday sleepover, on arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Kadrija, at reception, this wonderful lady, made the whole check in process, so straightforward. This was my first time using this hotel for an overnight stay. When I informed Kadrija, that it was my Sons Birthday, this lady went above and beyond to assist and ensure we had a fantastic stay. I booked my Son and his guests, a three course evening meal, the selection as well as the quality of food and ingredients, were impressive. The hotel suite was clean, spacious and it really did exceed our expectations, the bed, wow, I mean, it was like sleeping in the clouds. At breakfast, the server Ellesse, was soo attentive. I would highly recommend this beautiful establishment, the staff, really were what made our stay soo pleasurable.”

“Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had one of the town house suites and it was amazing. It was a Christmas treat for my boyfriend and myself. The hotel was extremely clean and the room was well stocked. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Food delicious and a lovely selection at both dinner and breakfast.”

“Excellent quality price. Good TV. Clean independent shower. Pretty bed, pretty sheets, super clean and comfy. Good wifi. Fan. It was great. Free tea, milk and coffee in the bedroom with a kettle. Nice receptionists. My bedroom and outside looked newly renovated. I am glad I didn't bother about the negative references. The bus for the airport is a few minutes walk. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach the airport by bus. There is a little supermarket a few meters away selling everything you need. It was not that noisy.”

“What an amazing place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was absolutely lovely, well stacked with towels, toilet rolls, hand wash etc and a lovely complimentary basket with croissants, pain au chocolates, waffles and biscuits. The location is great. We had a seating area to the front and rear where we could sit and admire the horses, llamas and Shetlands whilst having a nice drink. Heather was very helpful when we needed her and even had a little visit from Betsy. Would definitely recommend to others and can’t wait to come back. Thank you”

“Had our wedding here on 23rd August, the staff were amazing! Especially Sara! The venue looked awesomely setup, the grounds outside were great with so much space for our guests. The staff worked very hard and we were made to feel very welcomed and had all the help in the world. Rooms were nice, clean and in peaceful surroundings. The breakfast is a must!!!! Thankyou to everyone at the venue for an amazing experience!”

“We had our Christmas party here and it was without a doubt the best that we have experienced. The food was exceptional and plentiful. There was no waiting between courses. I would highy recommend the Beef and the cheesecake !! The staff were friendly and the music was great.”

“I had a complimentary stay from the previous ownership. The new staff were very helpful in arranging my stay, we had a lovely spacious room with all the facilities needed for a comfy stay. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening - food is 100% better, couldn’t fault it. New options on the menu which all looked great. Full English at breakfast was superb. Thank you so much to the managers and all the staff who made our stay a very welcome and memorable stay. The improvements have been noticed and my partner and I will be staying here again. Beautiful grounds, recommend to anyone!”

“The staff are very welcoming and always do their best to accommodate late checkouts when needed. The rooms are spotless and include coffee and other hot drink facilities, which is a nice touch. There’s plenty of parking, and the location is quiet and peaceful. A great bonus is that you can leave your car here if you’re going away on holiday instead of using airport parking. We stay here regularly and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.”
