“Had a fantastic weekend stay with my husband at the Radisson Red Glasgow. We went over for the Skyline weekend and the hotel did not disappoint. The service is second to none from easy check-in, to the restaurant and bar staff at the amazing roof top Sky bar. The rooms are spacious and cosy with a great breakfast in the morning. The restaurant provides great lunch and dinner options and I would personally recommend the simply red or Red Devil pizzas! The hotel has a great vibe with classy decor throughout. The Sky bar is a beautiful bar with amazing views of Glasgow. The skyline events are brilliant with great music from world class DJs and the Sky Bar providing amazing atmosphere. If anyone looking a great place to stay I would definitely recommend here.”

“We enjoyed an afternoon tea at the Castle. It has a "Highland Castle" feeling inside and outside, despite being 10 mins from city centre! The Christmas and overall decor were very cosy, and the service was excellent too!”

“Had a birthday lunch today in the bar area. We took our wee dog with us and he was given his bowl of water immediately. The wine was lovely, service was 1st class and the club sandwich was the best sandwich I have ever eaten. Will definitely be coming back.”

“First visit to the Maldron or the group and was impressed by the experience. Staff were all first class, communicative and industrious with a pleasant demeanour. Quality of finishings was excellent, very comfortable bed and very clean room and public areas. Breakfast selection was as expected, was regularly refreshed and plenty available. Look forward to my next visit.”

“Fabulous location! Right within 5-10 minute walking distance to shopping, theater, and tons of pubs and restaurants. One of my favorite things about this hotel is they have a couple of filtered water stations to fill up your bottles. It’s a small thing with a huge and welcomed convenience while traveling. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.”

“We got married here last Saturday and what a day it was. From start to finish the team at this hotel have been super attentive and helpful. A massive thanks to Sarah-Jayne and Louize for being with us every step of the wedding planning process. The general manager Adrian (AKA Hype Boss) is a credit to this venue! He was on the ball, super organised and able to make our wedding run the way we had dreamed it. Scott the guests have not stopped talking about how amazing the meal was. “Absolutely loved my stay at Motel One! The location couldn’t be better — just steps from the train station, close to the subway, and surrounded by pubs, shops, and everything you need right outside the door. Perfect for anyone who wants to make the most of their time in Glasgow. The rooms were spotless and cleverly designed to feel spacious, even though it’s a budget-friendly hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Special shoutout to the in-room hairdryer — as someone who depends on a good one, I was pleasantly surprised at how great it was! “Had a fantastic stay here! - Check in was really easy even when we were hit with a slight issue. It was sorted swiftly and easily with plenty of help! - All the staff we encountered and interacted with were kind, accommodating, friendly and really made me (a person with severe anxiety) feel at ease! - the living space was a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable, great place to chill if you don’t want to be confined to your room. - The rooms are small but all the space is utilised perfectly! Everything is controlled via the hotel iPad or the app on your phone which makes it feel so fun and exciting. - The bed was huge and unbelievably comfortable with spare pillows available in the drawer. My partner who sleeps terribly in hotels, slept like an absolute log. I’ve never known her to sleep so well away from home! - Breakfast was delicious, I was especially a fan of the scrambled egg. I can also vouch for the mochas - the perfect temperature and coffee to chocolate ratio. - everything was lovely and quiet, we even had construction going on outside our bedroom window and we didn’t hear a sound from them. What I will say is if you do plan to come here with someone else, make sure it’s someone your comfortable with because, while not crystal clear, the shower has frosted glass so you can see a relatively clear silhouette of whoever is showering. And the only negatives I can say is the water temperature was a little hard to manage at times but it wasn’t anything scandalous and one of the lifts wasn’t working which was completely fine but definitely slowed things down a smidge. But honestly none of these things negatively impacted my stay so I maintain my 5 stars. We will be back!”

“I stayed as a solo business traveller on the 22 - 24 October and was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly the young staff were from the reception desk to the bar and restaurant. They went above and beyond to have a chat, hold my bags, direct me to bus stops. etc. They were genuinely warm and welcoming and made it feel like a four star experience. The bar and lounge area are very comfortable for a business traveller looking to do some work while having a drink or bite to eat. It's a cosy environment and the veggie burger was quite tasty and generous. While the rooms are a bit basic, the bathrooms are well maintained and the friendliness of the staff and downstairs bar area more than made up for that. I would definitely return again - thanks all.”

“From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the super, helpful receptionist we knew our overnight stay was going to be great. The room was spotlessly clean and above expectations. Our evening meal was excellent with friendly staff and a good selection on the menu. The breakfast menu was faultless and Luke, Sharon and Veronica looked after us and were a pleasure to meet. Such a convenient location for the S.E.C. and a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Thanks to you all.”

“Very nice and QUIET hotel located between George Square and Argyle Street. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the rooms were clean and well kept. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available for free whereas breakfast is optional for a daily fee in advance or on the day. We opted out of breakfast and used one or other of the nearby cafés. Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central Stations are within 10 to 15 minutes walk and the shopping delights of Argyle Street or Buchanan Street are close by. This us the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Glaagow for a while and we will be back!”

“I wish I could add more stars because this is honestly the best place I've ever stayed on Glasgow. My room did upgraded to the family suite even though it was just myself but the room was practically big enough to live in and be comfortable. Breakfast was also the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. 10/10 Definitely recommend to friends and family.”

“Perfect spot for the Royal Concert Hall, Sauchiehall St, Buchanan St, Queen St Station Immaculate rooms, with plenty of extra pillows & duvets. Lots of sockets, charging points. Hand/shower gel provided. Kettle & tea/coffee/milk in the room. And a full length window letting in natural light. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of offer. Highly recommend.”

“Ah, bless! We got food poisoning and had to find a place with very short notice. Not only did they accommodate us, but were very good with our situation, allowed us to check in early and helped us get back on our legs after being very sick. Location is convenient too, a nice restaurant right in front of the Inn, Macdonald's next to that and three supermarkets on the corner. We even found a dry-cleaner's close by.”

“I stayed at Radisson Blu Glasgow for an event and was able to book a room at a discounted rate—absolutely worth it. The event itself was well-organized, with professional wait staff and exceptional food that genuinely exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially the pressed ham hock terrine, which I believe is also available via their restaurant or room service—definitely worth trying if you’re dining in. Although I booked their most affordable room, it was spacious and comfortable, offering great value. My only minor complaint would be the sound of banging doors, which could be heard from inside the room. However, aside from that, everything else was spot on. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Glasgow Central Station, making it easy to explore the city centre. Overall, a great stay that combined comfort, quality, and accessibility.”

“Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Nick and Charlotte on the front desk are amazing. Also, Carol Ann and Leo in the Executive Lounge are just the nicest people, so genuine and caring. Beds are comfortable, so quiet too. Really recommend.”

“5 stars again. Doubletree by hilton. Our 3 stay here and you dont disappoint from the reception staff to the rooms. Outstanding. It was a birthday trip for 16 year old daughter, we booked the hotel to go see a show. What a fantastic birthday she had, the balloon,banner and chocolates request was dealt with effectively and quickly. We checked in early. Had to pay but didnt mind. Our room was not ready, we went shopping and came back luggage and decorations where all in room in place for us returning. We will definitely be booking for our next trip. Thank you again .”

“The best Travelodge I’ve stayed in. Recent refurb makes it feel brand new (though a bit more obvious they haven’t replaced the carpets). Is still a travelodge but a very good one. You’ve probably got to drive if you want a selection of food places or shops”

“This was a trip to see the Christmas Markets in Glasgow and Edinburgh to include my wife, myself and our dog. We were all made most welcome. The duty staff were very helpful and answered our varied questions politely and if they didn't know the answer they found out for us. The room was super and the breakfast very good for the price. The hotel was superbly situated for the Christmas activities and the station for our trip to Edinburgh. I suspect that parking could be a problem but we have a blue badge which meant we could park outside for as long as we were there.”

“Bit outdated outside and not very appealing. However inside is very airy plenty of space and clean. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Another great stay at this chain of hotels. Cannot fault any off it.....”

“Stayed here a couple of times and I have to say that as far as Premiere Inns go this is probably the best hotel nationally. New clean premises and great service all around. Quiet location off M74, but only 10-15 min to Glasgow Center. Cinema and big shops at the doorstep. Big shout-out to Denise at reception who helped make the stay of our group of 10 as pleasant and smooth as possible”

“Stayed overnight here for a business trip. Very handy as it's a 5-10min walk from Glasgow Queen Street Station. Friendly reception staff, nice spacious 4th floor room with a comfy bed. Breakfast was fine, reasonable choice and good bacon, all the standard fare but not a vast choice of things though.”

“Just back from an overnight stay. Fab hotel. We were going to concert at the OVO. Great location for it. It is literally round the corner from it. Check in and out was easy and fast. Kathleen was amazing so helpful and friendly. She remembered us in the morning when checking out too which was amazing considering how busy it was. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the bar and service was quick and meal was fab. Breakfast was great too. Fab Team keeping things running like clock work . Pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room great too. We stayed in Room 210. It was quiet and great sized room. Fridge was bonus.”
