   Our stay was arranged by our housing association, who booked rooms at this Premier Inn due to emergency repair works that made our home temporarily uninhabitable. Our booking was later cancelled following a minor incident that caused no damage. The mark in question was easily removable and did not result in any material loss. Other members of our family were staying in a separate room, yet the decision was applied to the entire family, including a child, with no attempt made to identify individual responsibility. During the interaction, a member of staff stated that this was the reason they “do not book rooms for people like you from housing”, which we found inappropriate and distressing. We were later described by reception staff as having been aggressive earlier that morning. This allegation is factually incorrect and did not reflect our behaviour. Overall, the situation was handled in a disproportionate and unprofessional manner. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families.

   Stayed here three nights. The location was great and very friendly staff. The rooms however should have cleaned a little more as the carpet looked dirty otherwise all good

   Well located, and quiet. Staff on duty for our short stay were quite helpful and kind. The hotel itself is showing age, but very well maintained. We had no problems at all. And the price was great.

   Great hotel. Reception was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was decent to sleep on. The 6 bus is conveniently in front of the hotel, which can take you to the city centre. Ample room for parking. We had a wonderful stay!

   We only stayed 1 night, but the people on reception was nice polite and friendly. The room was nice warm and clean, unfortunately there was no food available on our stay, but we would definitely stay again.
