This place is a no from me and my partner. Upgraded from a standard room to a city view........ don't bother, the view is that much of a hassle that you have to stand up and look through a tiny window to a rubbish view of Glasgow, don't bother if this is your thinking. Reception.... Yeah, very friendly and say the right things, but the room and the promises quickly dismiss their actions, we will see what we can do for you was the last time I heard from them..... useless, never heard from them again now we have your money attitude. The room.....TV was from the 90's, a few terrible freeview tv channels that were older than me and my partner put together, no wireless or Bluetooth way to connect your phone, nothing in the welcome emails to suggest in bringing your own media ie firestick, USB drive etc Price wise is wasn't cheap and made you expect more, as in a lot more, which honestly would really avoided if it was just described honestly. TV position was central to the bed.....but if you book a room with a sofa and you have to sit with your neck at 45 degrees to watch some terrible tv stations then no, honestly, no, fling a sofa in a room and that alone doesn't justify a price hike, it does not work unless done right. 7:45am......... lying in bed just awake and the door gets flung open by a male cleaner, who promptly apologised, WTF, what kind of amateur outfit is this. We really regret this booking having been to many cities around the UK, this failed to deliver in everything they promised. AVOID

Upgraded to top floor by staff for our 2 night stay. Really enjoyed the view and spaciousness of the room. Easy walk to downtown and rail connections. Careful on breakfast - thought it was included but was a notable expense at checkout (for what it was), but not worth more than a passing mention. Stay was pleasurable - thank you, staff.

Fabulous location! Right within 5-10 minute walking distance to shopping, theater, and tons of pubs and restaurants. One of my favorite things about this hotel is they have a couple of filtered water stations to fill up your bottles. It’s a small thing with a huge and welcomed convenience while traveling. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel! The service was excellent especially from Oisin at the front desk who was ever so friendly. He got us checked in earlier than expected as well as advising us on local tips on places to see and things to do! Much better service than most chain hotels in the UK. Would highly recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had a fresh, inviting scent that made the stay even more pleasant. I loved the dining room–lounge hybrid, which was both cozy and practical, especially with the complimentary tea and coffee available. It really added a nice touch. The lobby washrooms were modern and beautifully maintained, showing the hotel’s attention to detail. On top of all that, the service was excellent, staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, and outstanding hospitality.

A hotel I'd be happy to return to. The room was clean with all the facilities I'd expect from a 4 Star hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the location is very central giving easy access to bus, subway, and rail services. I found it an ideal base from which to explore the city.

Very nice hotel located very central in Glasgow city centre. Just a 7-8 minute walk from the central station, and 4-5 minute walk to Buchanan Street which is the main shopping area. The room feels spacious and modern. Bathroom is nice and clean as well. My room had big windows with decent views over the city. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ideally placed in the centre of Glasgow with Sauchie Hall Street, George Square and the St Enoch Centre all within a short walking distance. Both train stations are also a short walk away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive and were keen to assist you when required, also recommending places to visit etc. The only downfall was I wish the restaurant served a larger choice of dishes, but there are numerous bars and restaurants near the hotel.

A very good hotel - nice decor, comfy room, friendly staff and excellent breakfast (buffet continental or cooked to order). One star off as the bar menu at the moment is very sparse - I really think a hotel this quality needs to offer more than just pizzas or small plates for evening food, even if there is quite a lot of options around. Appreciate its likely due to staffing issues, but if this is the case maybe explain its due to that?

Nice place. Small but great location. Just off main roads so not too noisy either. I come here for work and am never disappointed. And you get a rubber duck!
