Had a great night here. Really modern and excellent service. Restaurant was really quiet which surprised me but the waitress was lovely! Room was really clean and ultra modern with a great view of the city. The WiFi didn’t really work but didn’t bother me for one night.

Arrived just before 3pm and was told there was a charge to check in prior to 3. So went and sat in the bar and had a drink. Come 3pm and the reception was bedlam. Quite a few rooms including ours were not ready. If you are going to charge for early check in you should compensate when the room isn't ready on time. We were told to just sit and wait. No-one comes to tell you when they are ready, you have to just go up and randomly try to check in. Room was ok, no decaff coffee in the room, but available from reception. Big nice TV. Location great for the concert hall. Next day we asked to leave the bags and the receptionists were completely different very nice and accommodating completely different from the staff at our check in. Thehotelreview

Perfect spot for the Royal Concert Hall, Sauchiehall St, Buchanan St, Queen St Station Immaculate rooms, with plenty of extra pillows & duvets. Lots of sockets, charging points. Hand/shower gel provided. Kettle & tea/coffee/milk in the room. And a full length window letting in natural light. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of offer. Highly recommend.

Room was very comfortable and spacious, had a great night's sleep. It is also in a great location. Meal was very enjoyable. Wanted to book table for 6pm was told nothing available until 7.30. Went down to restaurant at 6.15 asked waitress if any tables were available to be told, no problum restaurant was quiet Once I had my meal it unfortunately took a while to explain to barman that I wanted to pay balance on my meal deal. Unfortunately the gentleman couldn't understand that I had already prepaid for my meal deal and I was trying to pay my £9 balance. 3 times he gave me a bill for £41. It did eventually get it sorted after the intervention of a 2nd member of staff. Unfortunately the next customer was also having a problem I can only assume the bartender was new it was frustrating for both of us. As a frequent Premier Inn user this is a rare event Usually don't have any issues.

Lovely hotel right in the middle of all that Glasgow has to offer. Walking distance to the theatre, shopping, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable rooms, beds and pillows. Wonderful tub/shower. Excellent water pressure and a deep tub. Nice and friendly staff. Restaurant and pub on the premise for those lazy mornings and that night cap.

Booked as said was disabled access. The mini life to get you up stairs at the only entrance never worked. Had to haul myself up stairs and get someone to lift the wheelchair chair up. It is a good job I am semi mobile. Please check that it is working before booking as apparently has not worked properly for over a year. Also if you want breakfast or evening meal book your table as restaurant is small.

The hotel is situated bang smack in the middle of Glasgow with the shops and bars a minutes walk. This hotel forms part of a complex which includes a cinema. The hotel is spread over 18 floors which offer some fantastic views of the city. On entering either the lifts or stairs will take you to floor to for reception. Also on this floor is the bar and restaurant. During my stay I bought the meal package which was good value. This included a two course meal and a drink and an all you can eat breakfast for £24.50. Some surcharges on the mains so watch out. The room was as standard but with a great view. Service for checking in was very busy but the staff did their upmost to be as efficient as possible.

I can honestly say I am on my first night still and the experience has been great. I am on the sixteenth floor and our room is amazing! It’s beautifully clean well equipped with plenty consumables for drinks, including a coffee machine and a kettle. Bathroom is stocked well too. We have an iron and an ironing board and spare soft pillows , just in case. The access is great once inside with 3 lifts that run smoothly. Floor two has a reception desk and bar/ reception. A big shout out to Ryan on reception whose knowledge is great and keeps the consumables table stocked for easy access if you run out in your room. As I am part of a group of ten I can honestly say he has been more than happy to help advise us. The bar staff are friendly, chatty and somehow remember our drinks all round happy to oblige. What a great team. So far premier Inn well done!!
