   Was due to stay for 3 nights for business and booking was arranged by my MDs PA who booked 3 rooms all in our MDs name however when I arrived after watching Scotland qualify for the World Cup i was advised they wouldnt give me the room as person named on the booking wasn't with me(my two collegues accessed the booking) however I made the mistake of having a drink(1st one) while they sorted this out and ended up being told I couldn't have the room even after sharing booking details and multiple emails so i then had to find an alternative room in the city which ended up costing £350 for 1 night. I then returned the following day and completed the following two days where the food was great, room was fantastic and staff were friendly. Just a shame what happened on night 1.

   Lovely hotel, very comfy beds, short distance away from city centre by train or taxi or you can walk weather depending. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast isa buffet breakfast not always the freshest as the food sits on a counter with heat lamps. But was ok.

   Nice hotel with some nice touches, unfortunately we had to change rooms after unpacking as the TV didn't work. (Probably could have done without it to be honest, as it only has the cast function, no hdmi socket) Staff were very friendly but it was still a faff. Bar prices quite high, but not outrageous. Very handy for the OVO and security on later to keep the bar to hotel residents. Overall a good stay Thehotelreview

   I wish I could add more stars because this is honestly the best place I've ever stayed on Glasgow. My room did upgraded to the family suite even though it was just myself but the room was practically big enough to live in and be comfortable. Breakfast was also the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. 10/10 Definitely recommend to friends and family.

   This hotel is really brilliant. The staff are so friendly (shoutout to Duncan at the bar), kind and helpful. Lovely rooms, with big tv and you can cast from your phone. 2 min walk from the OVO Hydro so very ideal after an event. Would 100% return and will stay at other Marriott locations moving forward due to the fantastic service received at this one. The price is very reasonable for the level of service and room quality

   Had a phenomenal stay here. The staff were friendly, super accommodating, organised, clean and provided quick service. A small room for improvement: there was a bit of a misunderstanding about the deposit and my invoice at checkout which took a long time and was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was perfect.The room itself was lovely, spacious and had a nice view. Additionally, it has a nice on-site restaurant that makes picking up a quick bite convenient but also is close to local spots within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again.

   We stayed here as we were going to a gig at The Hydro. Perfect for this, as it is right next door. You can walk along the river in to the centre quite easily. The rooms are good and the hotel clean. The bar and restaurant are pretty small however, so can be extremely busy if there is something on next door. Would stay here again for sure, but probably only if visiting The Hydro.

   Had a lovely stay at the hotel. I was warmly greeted by the staff on arrival. The staff were very welcoming and warm and took care of all our needs, and were very considerate to my 2 year old toddler. The rooms were clean and tidy as per my expectations as a person who is very particular about cleanliness when staying at hotels. I met the head of house keeping- Ms. Sabina, who made sure my needs for the room were taken care of. A truly professional person with a personal touch. This place is now my second home thanks to the hotel staff.

   It can be your home away from home ❤. I stayed here for 2 weeks and Seriously the rooms in this hotel got everything one could need........ from a coffee glass to hair dryer and iron etc. House keeping is done regularly and perfectly moreover the staff is really hospitable, friendly and jolly. No doubt on the food!! All the dishes are made out of perfection. Overall the experience with courtyard was amazinggggggg!! Would love to book a stay again.

   Comfortable room, and a decent location, but very overpriced for the quality of the service and for the food. There were paper cups and disposable stirrers in the room, and I had to ask for proper cups. I was told that it was now policy to provide disposable cups, which were not even changed after the first night. The beds were not made, and the glasses not washed. There was a good selection of food at breakfast, although the cooked breakfast was overdone and in some cases inedible. We definitely would not stay here again
