“This hotel is really top! I´ve been here several times on business trips and has never been disapointed about the rooms, cleaness or the service. One thing though, I would like to see the breakfast a bit improved. In particular the bread, cold sauges and the orange juce. But the rest is nice! Will come again”

“Breakfast was lovely, room was great especially because I had a fridge. Only downside was I couldn't open the window. I wanted to live in the bed, most comfortable ever!!! Bathroom and shower was really nice. Parking was expensive but I got a space just fine.”

“A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.”

“Loved our stay at this hotel. I was in room 705 which was impeccably clean and well presented. The breakfast service was amazing. Such a huge choice from pancakes, fruit, bread, cakes, cereal to a full English. We were served by Francisco who was simply amazing. He looked after our table of 7 with such care, especially my elderly mum. I dont have much to say apart from it was wonderful! Thank you all!”

“Can't recommend it highly enough. Took my 90 year old grandparents here for lunch to celebrate my grandma's birthday and the staff and food were amazing. The food was delicious, high quality, there were plenty of veggie options, gluten free etc, and it was clearly cooked well and by someone who cares what they're doing. I didn't get the name of the man working in the restaurant but he was so great with my grandparents and they were able to modify the menu to suit my grandma's needs so a huge thanks to all the staff today. We all absolutely loved everything about our experience and we're super impressed. Oh and the birthday dessert for my grandma was a really lovely surprise!”

“We enjoyed a two-night stay, which was a great experience. The on-site restaurant and bar are superb, and the staff is welcoming and very helpful. The hotel's location is convenient, within walking distance to several nice restaurant and entertainment options for kids. Our room was spacious and very clean.”

“The staff we meet on our stayed really made this visit, we stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel grounds were tidy and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming along with all the staff we saw on our visit. Hotel and rooms do have quite a few stains on furniture and floor, however maybe hard to remove without a vac, so this is completely understandable but the room was clean as I could ask and clean bedding and mattresses covers. Sadly didn't sleep much and woke every hour but this is due to generally not sleeping well in other places. Rooms were very quiet and had air-conditioning so definitely recommend for a good night sleep. Food was very good and a lot of choice and kids eat free when we stayed. Highly recommend.”

“The room is clean and comfortable. The outstanding part about this hotel is the staff and service. Their passion to be in the hospitality profession can be felt. They want us to feel welcomed and valued. Kate and the front office values our return to the hotel. We appreciate the effort and welcome gifts. Lenka at the executive lounge made every morning a good start. Didn’t get to know the name of the incredibly tall gentleman who came to refresh our room in the evening and to fix the lobby light. He made sure everything was in order. The leadership at this hotel is making all the right ticks.”

“I've stayed here three times now. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is handy to visit many nearby places. It's clean and everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. The breakfasts at the adjoining venue are superb.”

“Stayed here for one night . Great value, easy check in, clean room , everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of parking . The best part was the breakfast , staff are so happy, cheerful and friendly ! Service with a smile , even a little Christmas sing song , food was perfect ! I love a breakfast made to order, poached eggs at their finest . Made to feel very welcome . Big shout out to Julie and Emma, they were brilliant , their jovial demeanour made a lovely start to my day .well done to both of them, thank you for looking after us !”

“Really comfortable room. Very very clean. So nice to enter such a clean bedroom. Great beds. Quiet considering location and very nice staff. All I would say is do not waste your money on breakfast, the fried food looked quite nice but I don’t eat it, so I can’t promise it’s good. but you’ll need to make yourself a tea and coffee in paper cups using instant coffee from sachets. Really grim. Wouldn’t take much to put brewed coffee on the bar or a vat of tea. There was some nice choices of continental breakfast but once it’s gone they didn’t seem to restock it so if you arrive later than 7.30 you won’t have a massive choice. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous all in all a great stay and good value for money (aside from the breakfast which was a rip off).”

“Nice hotel. Very comfortable bed. Every things very local to you, great staff always greeting you with a positive attitude. I had to stay in the hotel for the last 2 and a half month it has really been a great experience with great staff. “I just wanted to leave a positive review here and say that I enjoyed my stay. Was greeted by a friendly receptionist who kindly let me check in an hour earlier as my room was ready. I was given room 216 which was perfect.I didn't hear a sound from anywhere.Had a lovely peaceful sleep.The room was cosy.I would be very happy to stay here again. I was worried about the lift working after reading previous reviews,but it worked fine when I was there.”

“Booked very late at night after a delayed flight when we were desperate for sleep. We arrived at midnight to a very friendly greeting and were quickly checked in and told which facilities were still open. Same chap checked us out, again friendly and quick. Room was nice (nicer than we expected truth be told!) with extremely comfortable bed and well fitted bathroom. I would stay again if I was in the area.”

“Weekend break in the Holiday Inn Leicester was amazing value. A proper quality hotel with large clean and nicely furnished rooms. The bed was massive. All the staff we met were very friendly and great at offering advice if we needed. Breakfast which is the traditional continental and English breakfast was great, lovely and fresh, with a good choice. Francisco our waiter at breakfast was helpful and very smiley. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want top quality a hotel experience but at reasonable rates”

“I didn't stay as a guest, we attended a convention there. And the place was absolutely stunning, so many pretty details. The rooms were really spacious, and laid out so disability access was nice. There were lifts as we as stairs, and it was a wonderful day. There were plenty of places to sit and rest as needed.”

“The rooms are very clean. The bathroom was very clean. Very strong bathroom shower. Mr. Costa is very kind. Friendly. I was staying with my cousin Mr. Costa loves Indian movies. I was surprised. Mr. Costa's social behavior was great. Mr. Costa was cooking. and inviting me to dinner. welcome me Show me some of the best places to see in Leicester. I was invited to a wedding in Leicester. I was not very happy with the wedding party. Being a Muslim wedding. It was a very ordinary celebration. But I met Mr. Costa, he made me very happy. The food they prepared was very delicious. I will visit Mr. Costa again.”

“Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to explore the city. It’s just a short walk from City Centre, Curve Theatre, Athena, and King Power Stadium, which was a big plus. The food was fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of variety. The service was exceptional, and every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, a wonderful experience — perfect for both business and leisure stays. I’d definitely stay here again!”

“Amazing service. The staff were very friendly and very courteous. Helped is all the way. Rooms were clean and ample parking space. Location wise it's abit far from the city centre but was suitable for our needs.”

“Hotel room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities available such as in room iron and full-size ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, WiFi in room and public areas. Food was of a very good standard with the included breakfast as I had dinner elsewhere. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only issue is the location is a long way from the city centre meaning taxi service is expensive to use and buses are at least 15 min walk which with luggage could be an issue.”

“Excellent location and decent service for the price. Abdullah and Jon were very helpful in resolving our WiFi issues and gave us free WiFi for the duration of our stay. That was very nice of them. No nonsense, no frill hotel, but worth the money”

“Rooms were good. Price excellent. We stayed on 25th Dec, so the room was cold in the evening when we first came but once we put the heater temperature up it was fine. For a family of 4 it was great. We forgot our mobile power bank charger there and when we called back to reception they were very helpful. Our friend collected the charger the next day. Very happy about that.”

“Modern and fresh apartment hotel with kitchen fully equipped including fridge and microwave.... There is the gym. Very clise to downtown - cross the streat. Near the big parking. Close to old railwaystation.”
