“We had Christmas Lunch at the Hermitage Park Hotel with our elderly, disabled mother and I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff for making the event pleasurable and easy. You were so kind and thoughtful and also jolly on this special day when you were also working. Everything was done to make sure we had a suitable table. There is spacious, flat access. The chef was excellent, with every item of the Christmas Lunch cooked to perfection and dietary needs catered for. Many thanks.”

“Rooms were good. Price excellent. We stayed on 25th Dec, so the room was cold in the evening when we first came but once we put the heater temperature up it was fine. For a family of 4 it was great. We forgot our mobile power bank charger there and when we called back to reception they were very helpful. Our friend collected the charger the next day. Very happy about that.”
