Stayed as part of a large family group. The hotel is right next to a lovely park which was an unexpected bonus for the dog owners particularly. The whole experience was very positive. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Most importantly the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. For the evening meal they managed to corral and care for, without irritation, a disparate group of old and young and dogs, who were wandering around the lounge and dining area. Breakfast was varied and delicious. If you need to stay in the Oadby area I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here a few times. Service always beyond good. Just very annoying when you book a king room and get 2 single beds pushed together. Add to that a sheet that isnt big enough it adds up to a dissapinting room. Its just not a king size bed and very uncomfortable. Moved back to a queen room. Queen rooms are good. Although this time 2 of the 3 rooms had bad smells but im sure they will sort it out. A better than good hotel for sure.

Very mixed. Upon arrival the service could not have been better. It was like they were trying extra hard. There was a manager at reception and I got the impression the ladies were really trying to impress him. I was given a voucher for a free breakfast. Sadly the breakfast this morning was awful. I am not sure how the scrambled eggs had been cooked but they tasted disgusting. The granola was poor and the Greek yogurt was off. May items were not labeled too which made it a bit of a guessing game. The hotel reception staff this morning were not at all as friendly or helpful as those in the evening. Like a different hotel. Very odd.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience mostly positive. The reception team offered a warm and professional welcome, and the free parking was a real advantage. The location, just outside the centre, made travel convenient without the stress of city traffic. The room itself was spacious, with clean and comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches such as complimentary refreshments and bottled water were much appreciated. That said, there are areas for improvement. The nets in the room were marked, there were no hangers in the wardrobe, and the chairs were visibly stained. Most concerning was the air conditioning, which emitted dust when turned on. With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better overall experience.

The staff we meet on our stayed really made this visit, we stayed on a Sunday night. Hotel grounds were tidy and clean. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming along with all the staff we saw on our visit. Hotel and rooms do have quite a few stains on furniture and floor, however maybe hard to remove without a vac, so this is completely understandable but the room was clean as I could ask and clean bedding and mattresses covers. Sadly didn't sleep much and woke every hour but this is due to generally not sleeping well in other places. Rooms were very quiet and had air-conditioning so definitely recommend for a good night sleep. Food was very good and a lot of choice and kids eat free when we stayed. Highly recommend.

Superb service could not find fault with anything. Had my mum's 90th birthday party there and it could not have gone better. Stayed and the room was top class. The staff are so friendly and efficient. Would like to thank all of them and have to mention Louis. Could go on but in a nutshell would recommend to anyone.

We have just spent a lovely weekend at the hotel while visiting family in the area. We were three adults and a dog using two rooms. The hotel is impeccable and the staff so friendly. The rooms are finished to a modern standard and spotlessly clean. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed. It was such a bonus to have Bella Italia on site and we ate there Friday and Saturday night. Plus Starbucks coffee available to drink in or takeaway. The breakfast had so much choice including gluten free options and even make your own pancakes!! We didn't use the gym but we made use of the electric car chargers. The location is also really good with Knighton Park only 2 minutes walk away. Perfect for walking the dog. We will definitely return. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Nice hotel. While we were settling into our room we noticed one of the windows didn't close properly. Reported to reception and the handyman arrived within minutes. Cheerful chap who quickly sorted the problem and gave us vouchers for free drinks (not expected but very welcome). All staff are cheerful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast has good selection (yum!). Would stay here again.

What an amazing surprise to have a supreme level of service. It all started with the staff, who were so welcoming and accommodating, considering we had our pet Scottie with us. Everybody from housekeeping to waitstaff said hello to us and our doglet. Great experience. highly recommended it. A great dog park adjacent to the parking lot.

This must be one of the best hotels where I have been. The rooms are very clean and wide enough to accommodate your needs. The bed is quite soft and comfortable for a good night sleep. The staff is very nice and they are ready to serve you. However, there is a synchronisation problem with their system. I booked a room on their website, and when I came to check-in the hotel was full, which does not really make sense. If they can fix that, it would be worth a 5 stars service. For food and drink, there is a nice restaurant near the reception which can also be used as a good meeting area.
