   I was put into an accessibility room, which is not ideal when you're 6ft 2. Anyway, despite this, the room was huge, great for the type of room it is aimed at but it made it very cold unless you were under the blower. The room was very tired and dark as the lighting was not well distributed through the room and toilet. The lifts were terribly slow and there are a lot of floors here. The car park is a considerably narrow and shared underground multi storey car park. The parking machine did not work so this had to be done via a QR code. Breakfast was average too. It was in a great location but otherwise was very disappointing and I would not book this hotel here again.

   So good to be back at this hotel after ten years! The spaces have been renovated since our last stay but the familiar comfort remains. The staff work at the front desk, at the bar, and at the restaurant - and they conduct the tasks wonderfully. I didn't manage to get their names, but they were all great. The hairdryer in our room wasn't working, I brought it to the front desk and handed it to the staff who was in the middle of helping some guests with checking. In less than 5 minutes, she knocked on our hotel door with another hairdryer! Breakfast was hearty and filling. I love cooked English breakfasts and Premier Inn does it so well. We also have dinner there on two nights - I loved the Makhani Chicken especially but everything was delicious! The beds were comfortable. The shower was a little weak and squealed but it worked. A tip for breakfast if you have prebooked it and have a non-'western' name, give your room number and your full name. Don't just give your last name. Our breakfast booking couldn't be found initially because our middle name became our last name.

   I just wanted to leave a positive review here and say that I enjoyed my stay. Was greeted by a friendly receptionist who kindly let me check in an hour earlier as my room was ready. I was given room 216 which was perfect.I didn't hear a sound from anywhere.Had a lovely peaceful sleep.The room was cosy.I would be very happy to stay here again. I was worried about the lift working after reading previous reviews,but it worked fine when I was there.

   Came to stay for the night due to having an early hospital appointment. Checked in and served all night by Ella. What a lovely young lady. Very smiley and happy even though she appeared to be rushed off of her feet, you wouldn’t have known it. My daughter says “she was very kind and helpful. When we checked in she was very welcoming. I can’t wait to come back” The food in the restaurant came out quickly and was delicious. My daughter really liked it. We will be back again next week for another appointment and will definitely be staying here again. Thanks so much Ella for your kind and bubbly nature.

   I was in room 26,so not accept this room you are next reception next to a door that keeps on slamming pretty much all night especially from 5 o’clock in the morning. The teams room is right opposite so they’re chatting about their night before asked to move told we were fully booked. The room itself was clean and tidy but was only the hot water in the shower worked fine in the mornings but the hot water in the sink did not very unusual. Location is okay you have to walk across the car park to have breakfast which is fine if you want a buffet breakfast but got down there at 9 o’clock in the morning to most of the stuff have gone but not many people in there. What I will say is I asked for some poached eggs which they made Fresh for me which were lovely

   Booked the Premier Inn Premier room and very nice too, overall. However a room booked for two for two nights only had one shower towel and one hand towel between two of us. One teabag each and minimal milk. Reception supplied additional items. Breakfast had some items missing on our first breakfast morning. Second morning a good selection.

   Good place to stay because in the city centre. There were some disadvantages. Staff nice, but often nobody in a reception and you need to use a bell or check in on your own. I had a reservation for 2 adults, but towels were only for 1. It wasn’t checked that a body liquid and conditioner almost have run out and when I was taking a shower I was surprised when I didn’t have any to wash myself. The similar problem was with toilet paper as tissues, poor quality. A Supervisor should check rooms before customer gets a key room.

   Rooms have been improved to a newer modern look. Definitely a good stay. Excellent facilities and a bar downstairs. Excellent security preventing unauthorised access to the lifts. Friendly staff always willing to help.

   Perfect place to stay for a trip to a concert at the De Montfort Hall. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. You can usually expect a great breakfast too. I've stayed in a few Premier Inns, but this one was slightly better than others in all areas - especially breakfast.

   Great location as only a 2 minute walk from train station and shops. Amazing staff, nice spacious room, delicious breakfast with a great variety of things to choose from. Only reason for 4 stars is the squeaky beds, which if you're a light sleeper and tend to toss and turn, leads to you basically waking up everytime you move.
