   We recently had dinner at Zizzi and were really impressed! The atmosphere is cozy and warm — a perfect spot for a relaxed evening with friends or a date night. We started with the burrata and cherry tomato salad, dressed with basil and olive oil. Everything tasted incredibly fresh — the creamy burrata paired beautifully with the sweet, juicy tomatoes. For the main course, I had the mushroom risotto topped with crispy sage leaves and cheese flakes. It was rich, creamy, and full of deep mushroom flavor — real comfort food done right. The pizza was delicious too, with a thin, crispy crust and generous toppings of prosciutto and cheese — a classic Italian combination. Dessert was something special — a mix of ice cream, whipped cream, berries, and meringue pieces, served under a cloud of candy floss!Fun, creative, and a perfect sweet finish to the meal. The berry cocktail served with dessert was refreshing and complemented the flavors perfectly. Zizzi truly impressed with its quality dishes and thoughtful presentation. Great service, inviting ambiance, and delicious food. Definitely a place worth returning to!

   Really nice food lovely atmosphere service was great. A big big thank you to Ollie our waiter what a lovely man, he helped us from the second we walked in the second we left! He was friendly, engaging, really good with my son too! so thank you very much Ollie and Zizzi hotties for making it an amazing first visit! And I must say the Zizzi app is amazing. I managed to stack 4 codes which brought my bill down considerably.

   We originally decided to visit another Leicester based seafood restaurant (which shall remain anonymous, but is named after a blue precious gemstones), but they were rude on entry and refused us because we didn’t have a reservation. However, my better half had a craving for sea food and there aren’t many decent seafood venues in Leicestershire and we were really hungry now!!!! I’m not normally a fan of chains, as I feel they lose something in the personalisation of cooking the food, but we decided to give Zizzi a try. We parked in the High Cross parking (£2.50 after 5.30pm all night). The food was surprisingly good; I have spicy king prawns with fresh pasta and my beautiful girlfriend had the sea bass. Both were cooked exceptionally and the flavours were fantastic. We opted to share a dessert and we had a tiramisu, when in Rome. I was disappointed, it was okay, but that’s it, just okay. We saw couples and parties of all ages on the Saturday night and it is suitable for all, whether you are having a date night or a birthday party. I would come again, and for me that is a compliment.

   This Zizzi's has such a relaxed atmosphere and the food is always gorgeous. Last time I visited, the lady who served us was very patient and returned one of the dishes I ordered to the back of the restaurant so that it could be kept hot while I waited for my friend to arrive - which I am extremely appreciative of. It seems the workers here are hardworking and always go out of their way to ensure customers recieve an excellent service. Overall I always have a lovely experience at this restaurant and I will continue coming back!

   Trendi looking place, the menu is great. I had a fab salad and garlic bread. The bread was light and fluffy. The salad was really lovely with pumpkin and courgette.
