“Stylish, comfortable large hotel. Central location. Lift to all floors. Spacious bedroom with microwave, fridge, sink. Good value, considering you can self cater if you want. Overhead shower doesn't suit me though. I like the hand-held sort. Helpful staff. Good avocado and poached egg breakfast, though not a huge continental range. Be aware that cabs can't stop outside as it is pedestrianised. Wait corner of Belvoir and Market St. Cathedral, Richard lll and great shops nearby.”

“Very comfortable stay, room spotlessly clean and you will want for nothing here. How brilliant not to be disadvantaged with a single room supplement. A delicious breakfast to set you up for the day. Thank you John.”

“Been many times now , with friends anf family both in the hotel and spa area . Staff are always lovely very polite and helpful , and ensure you enjoy your stay. Most recently went for a spa day with my partner was a lovely relaxing day we had afternoon tea and enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi.”

“My wife has been to Cini on several occasions for business lunches and has been promising for a while that we will go together. I have to say, I had a religious experience with a bowl of cacio e pepe - I cannot tell you how delicious it was and I cannot wait to go back for more - BTW service was great, friendly people and tiramisu the perfect end to a perfect evening - I can highly recommend!!”

“We had a beautiful Christmas party here. We were greeted at the door and directed to out glass of fizz. We waited in the lovely bar area to be taken to our table. The meal was lovely. We had a 3 course set menu and each course was delicious. A thoroughly enjoyable night.”

“This is a great Inn with good food and real ale, I found the steak was especially good. It's also really convenient for the Mallory Park motor racing circuit. The room was comfortable and the full English breakfast was also very good.”

“Stayed Saturday 4 October for one night only….. very pleasant and friendly staff with a special mention to the chef, Rhianne who whilst very busy, managed to do perfect poached eggs for me and my wife. The breakfast is table service which was a nice touch ….. all the waiting on staff were friendly and attentive. A very pleasant stay once again in a Premier Inn.”

“Really good all round. I drove so not sure about public transport getting there but it's definitely more leaning with access via country lanes but it's immediate location is near residential homes. No lifts but wheelchair access. Very clean, friendly, quiet and nice modern decor. No fridge but room has iron board, iron, tea and coffee etc facilities and TV. Hangers but not like ones at home. Very warm and bright room.”

“Stayed here a couple years ago and everytime I'm coming past the area I stop by either for some food or a massage. My stay was exceptional and the massages are always delivered with great quality. I'm pretty sure there is some magic in the cooks hands as the food is unreal. Will be passing by later today after what's seems like forever and for sure will stop off for something. Almost like a luxurious service station for me”

“The staff were absolutely wonderful, all of them. Our room was lovely, bed very comfortable, Everywhere was very clean. Menu i must admit was a little disappointing but didn't present too much of a problem. We also took our cat who settled in very quickly!All the staff made a big fuss of him. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be using this staying here again next visit.”

“Beautiful vistas from the front. Moderate sized rooms but very well kept. Nice decor. Very inviting. Stunning entrance and a free fancy cookie!!!! Staff were very happy to help even with our silly questions of asking where obvious things were. Whilst the big pool was currently down for upgrades. The on premises gym (with a moderate amount but good variety of equipment), pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room were all wonderful, clean and relatively spacious. The lockers however are finicky. The guy behind the desk was happy to help when my partner had trouble opening hers. (Note. Remember your locker number as theres no tag or key to remind you). The restaurant onsite is beautiful. Quiet when we went and service was very nice and honestly above what we've come to expect from hotels. Good banter and down to earth but always with an air of respect. (Note. If you want to tip. Go and pay at the bar. They can't do it via the table ones payment systems). 9.9/10. (Because no free biscuit in the room)”

“I was part of a group of five staying at the hotel for a two night stay. Really impressed with the amazing staff at this hotel, really friendly, and accommodating. They all seemed very genuine and made our stay so enjoyable and special. We will definitely be back as it’s such a great location in the town. Our room was a little dated but it does look like they may be renovating rooms so I’m sure it will only get better and better. My Auntie had a superior double which was beautiful and she loved it. The other rooms were fairly priced and had everything we needed. We had afternoon tea on arrival too which was really good. Well done to everyone who works here :)”

“For the price, you get a lot... I was very pleased with this hotel and the service received. The ladies on reception were a great help when I had an issue, resolved super quick. They serve full English and continental breakfast (very yummy) but I had dinner at the Harvester next door. Plenty of ample parking. I would definitely visit this hotel again”

From the very start communication and responses to emails have been fantastic, they made us all feel so at home, comfortable and at ease. “We had Christmas Lunch at the Hermitage Park Hotel with our elderly, disabled mother and I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff for making the event pleasurable and easy. You were so kind and thoughtful and also jolly on this special day when you were also working. Everything was done to make sure we had a suitable table. There is spacious, flat access.
