   Despite having visited this hotel numerous times I can stare without reservation that it’s getting better and better. We stayed on a room/evening meal/breakfast basis and was pleased with every part of our stay. From checking in early without fuss and made to feel welcome to unpacking in our room and enjoying the drinks and dining. The staff were very attentive and there was not a single notable fault from the entire stay. The guest services were great and the food was very good (I highly recommend to beef stew with Stilton and herb dumplings!) So impressed we booked to return in two weeks time for my birthday and booked into another of the Coaching Inn group hotels in Warwick and can’t wait to sample their hospitality again! A comfortable and faultless stay!!!

   We recently visited the White Swan Hotel for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience overall. We ordered the smashed avocado with poached eggs on sourdough, which was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The only drawback was the wait time for the hot drinks. Unfortunately, our tea and Americano arrived well after we had finished our meal, which was disappointing and took away slightly from an otherwise very pleasant experience. Other diners were complaining about their drinks being delayed also. Overall, the White Swan is a lovely venue with high-quality food.

   We had the Deluxe Double inside the conference building, numbers in 100 range, ours 105 They have a Juliette Balcony which is nice to let lots of fresh air in. The room is clean, with new good quality furnishings. The plug sockets near the bed are USBA and C, so no adapter needed just your cable. Light controls for the room beside the bed as well. Bed is firm but comfortable, with a thin and a thick pillow which is nice to have the option. Bathroom is large with plenty of shelf space for your toiletries. The storage is pretty good for a few days. 2 nice chairs and a table. Table has cards and domino's if you get playful. Only downside was the parties taking place below. A bit of noise creep into the room and noisy people outside. Everything quietened down at midnight when the music stopped and a few noisy stragglers.

   STAY Had a very nice couple of nights last week. The food is exceptional- the evening meals we had were some of the best meals I’ve had, eating out and the buffet breakfast (we had English breakfast) was deliciously made with good quality produce. The staff are very professional/ personable and accommodating ( we had some conversations with other guests , who felt the same). Bella, Mark and Henry are some names we got who were all wonderful and made our evening extra special (I didn’t get the names of others, though they were equally as lovely). A pleasure being there.

   I was part of a group of five staying at the hotel for a two night stay. Really impressed with the amazing staff at this hotel, really friendly, and accommodating. They all seemed very genuine and made our stay so enjoyable and special. We will definitely be back as it’s such a great location in the town. Our room was a little dated but it does look like they may be renovating rooms so I’m sure it will only get better and better. My Auntie had a superior double which was beautiful and she loved it. The other rooms were fairly priced and had everything we needed. We had afternoon tea on arrival too which was really good. Well done to everyone who works here :)

   A lovely old coaching house with the rooms spread over several buildings right in the centre of town. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of plug sockets and lights. The en suite had a shower over the bath and gorgeous products were provided, including shampoo and conditioner! The tea making facilities in the room were good with a nice selection of tea and coffee, however there were little sachets of semi skimmed milk and we needed 3 in a mug to make it drinkable! We had dinner our first night at the hotel and thought the choice was great, we both had a starter and a main course and were so full we couldn't manage desert. With drinks our meal was about £30 each before the tip. A good choice is provided for breakfast which is buffet style, continental cheeses and meats, cereals, breads and cooked food....the sausages were particularly good and you aren't hovered over, so you can take whatever you want. I found the stairs to the room difficult because, as it's an old building, they're narrow and steep, next time we stay we'll ask for a ground floor room. We had a lovely long weekend using the hotel as our base and will definitely stay there next time we're in Market Harborough, so I can highly recommend it.

   Best Hotel I have stayed in! Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Their winter deal was amazing value. The room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable and the breakfast excellent. It was the staff that made this hotel stand out - thank you. Will definitely return.

   I took advantage of their Hot-desk day rate. We had builders in the house. I work from home, so I needed somewhere to go and work. The rate included unlimited tea and coffee, use of broadband, a lite lunch and parking at the hotel. I had a quiet corner with a good-sized table to spread out paperwork. I thought it was excellent value.

   My family and I visited over the weekend for late lunch we called in the morning to confirm our booking .When we arrived there was no booking ? We were told they could 'squeeze us in ! even though all but one table was empty. We ordered the roast dinner and the meat was lovely however there were very few vegetables and a tiny Yorkshire pudding! We went on to order deserts and waited a good ten minutes for ice cream. Overall not amazing food or service very standard for the price. Will probably try elsewhere next time.

   Fantastic one-night stay here over our wedding anniversary. The staff were brilliant and the food just as good. The prices were very reasonable for a hotel. The standout has to be the staff, though. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay and anniversary meal. I really can’t thank them enough.
