Wonderful stay at The Gresham Aparthotel! The apartment was clean, spacious and beautifully presented — exactly like the photos. It felt like a home away from home with a comfortable bed, great kitchen facilities and stylish décor. The location is fantastic, close to local shops, restaurants and transport links, making it easy to explore Birmingham. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and check-in was smooth and stress-free. Excellent value for money — would highly recommend and definitely stay again!

Stylish, comfortable large hotel. Central location. Lift to all floors. Spacious bedroom with microwave, fridge, sink. Good value, considering you can self cater if you want. Overhead shower doesn't suit me though. I like the hand-held sort. Helpful staff. Good avocado and poached egg breakfast, though not a huge continental range. Be aware that cabs can't stop outside as it is pedestrianised. Wait corner of Belvoir and Market St. Cathedral, Richard lll and great shops nearby.

Everything about this place was spectacular. We were warmly greeted and they had made towels swans and put some rose petals around the bed. The room itself was very spacious with all amenities included. I didn’t hear other guests through the walls so it was nice to have that added layer of privacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back! Many thanks to all the nice staff☺️

Lovely hotel. As soon as you walk in, it has a really calming and relaxing feel. The staff are very friendly. A really big shout out to the operations manager, Dominique, who was incredibly friendly, approachable and adaptable to any requirements we had. In fact, I would go as far as to say, she actually made the stay more enjoyable. A lot of places no longer understand the concept of customer service, especially in the service industry. Dominique clearly understands it and is an absolute asset. The food was delicious, although limited in terms of variety, but delicious anyway. The only'negative' is the location, not the nicest of areas, my two female colleagues didn't feel safe walking from the car park(about 5 minutes walk) to the hotel, especially in the dark. The car park is expensive, £20 for an overnight stay, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms were clean and felt strange having a kitchenette to cook your own food! The shower is great, good pressure and lovely and hot. Would definitely recommend this hotel... just wish it were in a nicer part of town and it didn't take so long to get out of the city- around 30-40 minutes to travel 12 miles to the office on the outskirts of town.

I booked a premium apartment which was really spacious. Great location in the city centre. Good, comfortable mattress, nice shower. Decent bar downstairs and the apartment was clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I requested that, if there was a lift, a quiet room was more important than one on a lower level. I was told that could be accommodated but there was a lot of noise from the street and surrounding area. Maybe this just isn’t avoidable in the city centre but there is little to no soundproofing. Also I found the apartment incredibly cold and no amount of turning up the heating made any difference. There is very basic cooking equipment so although there is a stovetop and microwave this is really only suitable for heating up food (eg one frying pan, one cooking pan, no toaster).

We were on the 4th floor , amazing views over the city. Even better when we woke up to snow! Bar had a good choice of alcohol. Restaurant looked good but had booked meals elsewhere before arriving. Good location, walking distance for most things. Great facility in the room, small kitchen, good sized shower room . Spacious main room , sofa chairs bed and tv viewed from all seats.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. This is still a brand new property with a gym. The staff is really friendly. It is located in the heart of the city center. Everything is within walking distance. You have access to a nice restaurant on the ground floor as well The only disadvantage is you can hear the footsteps of the person leaving above your room. If you have to be with a messy neighbour then you will feel somewhat uncomfortable Overall this a good apartment

Loved this modern hotel! In a great location in the city centre! Lots of restaurant/bar options nearby. Stayed here on Saturday night (during the heatwave) and got a good night sleep. The room was clean with great kitchenette area, incl. a good size fridge, nice wine glasses, teas/coffees, washing up products, microwave, ho, plates and pans. Bed was comfortable and open wardrobe has shelves, big enough for 2 of us and lots of my clothes! Bathroom was a walk-in rain shower, all clean and the water power was good. Negatives: Our room was on the 3rd floor and there were no lifts in that section of the hotel! We had to go up and down quite a few times when going out so this got tiresome. Another thing that would be useful is a full sized mirror in the room when getting ready, lots of mirrors but all face ones.

Stayed here for first time last night. It was fantastic and I hope to stay again. It feels modern and comfortable with some nice touches like really nice pillows. And reasonable price. I was disappointed no bath option (which I knew before booking), but actually the shower had great pressure and temperature! I didn’t use the bar or restaurant downstairs as the hotel is in a really good place with so many options for food and drink. There is a small Tesco a minutes walk and loads of cafes and restaurants. Thanks for a lovely stay!
