   One night stay on a Saturday night for a function. This hotel is a £12 UBER ride from the town centre, so for £70 a night its good value. The room smelt and was clean. The linen and towels were pressed and clean. Comfortable bed - a good nights sleep. Good shower and bathroom facilities. Premier Inn always like that, well done. The reception staff on arrival was moody, on departure, she was very good.

   Booking error on Premier side at hotel which receptionist had to rectify. Room was not cleaned. Sugar and food crumbs on the couch. Bathroom: has black mould between tiles and round shower base and dust build up in corners and around skirting. No drinking water glasses and minimum complimentary items.

   I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed, from a very comfy bed to a well equipped bathroom, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth.

   Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at Premier Inn and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable – the bed in particular was amazing and gave me a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and surprisingly quiet at night. I also really appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the modern bathroom. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with plenty of hot and cold options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and cheerful. Overall, Premier Inn delivered excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be booking again soon – highly recommended!

   A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.

   Tried calling premier Inn numerous times to cancel our booking for 7.01 23. No one answers the phone. Despite the website saying you can contact the relevant hotel directly, you can't. Terrible customer service. Had to put one star to complete the comments but not worth that.

   Really lovely friendly staff, very clean, quiet but close to amenities and comfiest bed ever! Very pleasant stay, would definitely recommend. Only reason for it not being 5 star was that the restaurant which I assume is linked to it was a bit rubbish but the hotel itself and surrounding pubs were great.

   Rooms were well maintained, felt the layout was a bit odd and not great lighting by the dressing area. A strange noise from the thermostat would happen every so often during the night which disturbed my sleep. The WiFi was down and it wasn't fixed for some time. It would have been nice to have been informed about it. Staff were helpful with getting our bags to the rooms.

   Our experience was amazing! We never told anyone we had booked a stay for our wedding night. Upon check in, the staff and my husband were talking, they realised and so, on wedding night, we came in to find our room decorated with towel swans, cards and rose petals! Just totally did not expect it and how thoughtful! We were blown away by the hospitality and care and would highly recommend!
