   Been shopping in here for years security guard they employed young African guy with beanie hat tonight been for a while giving me dirty looks laughing thought nothing of it tonight went in he made eye contact directly at me and was smiling as his eyes followed mine and he kept eye contact as I walked in the shop thought what on earth last time I use this shop absolutely disrespectful how this guys being allowed to intimidate customers didn’t want to say anything as I have children but I’m actually sure he will do it to others it’s not nice at all needs retraining on how to be professional around customers and on how to not bully people I will not be using this shop again will use coop from now on I have severe anxiety and he’s scared the hell out of me

   This local store is one of the busiest store in Leicester I have ever seen still though they have maintained all the stock to make customers happy. The staff is really polite and they give there best to see customers happy.

   Stock modest but enough, just, to maintain a balanced diet, perhaps with restricted menu.Excellent staff are courteously helpful, managers included.Presently stock and prices are both being reviewed. update : most prices are unchanged and some are locked to Aldi prices so much is well, but there are some oddities: 150 ml of light soy sauce is now £2.20, more than two and half times its previous cost at 80 p. There's not much you can do to soy sauce to increase its value by that much and still call it soy sauce. Another oddity is to replace ordinary everyday marmalade with an upmarket delicacy at much higher cost. There may be other oddities.

   THIS STORE IS A SCAM! I have ordered from them 24 December 2024. The uber driver delivered an item which is a drink that I did not ordered. The uber driver said that it will be delivered by another driver but I haven't received it. I have been reported it but until now I haven't received my refund. THIS STORE IS A SCAM. They scammed me during Christmas eve!!!

   Good local shop with basic day to day items. When went there many grocery items were sold out. Spacious and easy to walk around. Little handy store for basic needs. Expensive obviously than Asda and Lidl.

   Well lit , often busy just like any sainsburys really. Could do with some refurbishment though. Maybe add some security too. Wheelchair accesible , no customer toilets.

   Handy store as this area lacks supermarkets. Albeit, very small in size and ranges. Extremely expensive compared to the Sainsbury's supermarkets, a good 30p plus on the same items! Couldn't do a full shop here. Ideal as a top-up store only!

   Decent local branch of Sainsbury's. The bakery section is very good for a small store and there is a good fruit and veg section. You can also get fresh meat, fish and ready meals. Good for last minute buys, coffee, milk, bread etc. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there are self service tills.
